The Anti Dog RUclips Community is a small one, numbering a handful of creators. The stigma around disliking dogs causes a lot of people to remain silent. And of course, dog owners fall into a disapproving rant whenever anyone insults the dog lover community. Of course, the one place where true feelings come out is always the ballot box. Pitbull bans, leash laws, and so much more! The Anti-Dog community on RUclips might be losing the subscriber battle, but they're winning the battle of hearts and minds.
The two biggest channels to speak of are K9 aversion and the youtuber known as I Hate Dogs. They each produce videos on an irregular basis speaking of dog culture and how the dog lover community is enabling bad social standards. If you let your dog off the leash, its a decision that effects everyone around you. And yet selfish dog owners fail to realize that.
I personally am a dog owner, but even I can admit that bad dog owners are the most infuriating sight on the face of the planet. The Anti-Dog RUclips Community is sure to keep growing unless the pet owner community comes to terms with the bad apples poisoning the bunch.

People are judged for not liking dogs. Dogs are actively pushed into the faces and places of people who don't care for them. This is what warrants pushback. I am not fully anti-dog, but the truth is despite being a psychotic animal lover with birds, ferrets, reptiles, cats, etc.. I've never been a dog lover. I have loved *specific* dogs and breeds, but dogs in general just annoy me. I always hated dog smell honestly worse than cat litter box smell. They are animals so I still go out of my way to help them when they're in need. I used to feel guilty for not being crazy about dogs, lol, but channels like these make me think I always had the right idea.
I mean, you aren’t being a psycho and saying that all dogs deserve to be dead, you just say you really don’t like dogs, so good job not being a horrible person!

@lesbihonest1859 I got a kangal recently and it's amazing how different their behavior is from most dogs. They've been bred to do a very specific and important job for 6,000 years, left with sheep in the mountains for weeks at a time without a human to feed them...never harming the sheep. Their behavior is so unlike any dog breed I've ever met. None of the annoying dog behavior, super intelligent, mature, not clingy but friendly, not desperate for approval, not smelly for some reason...I hope the breed doesn't get ruined by them becoming trendy "pets." Dogs who do a real job can be indispensable, but all these spoiled idiot dogs running around these days are worlds away from the dogs bred for a useful purpose.
As a person who loves dogs i don't feel you to have the need to love a dog or like a dog you are free to not like a company of one whatever suits you suits you but my problem is that many sick people on the comment section of these channels who claimed to have a twisted sense of "happiness " and pleasure when a dog died

My biggest gripe is that dogs are dangerous animals that, for some reason, are not recognized as such because they're "mans best friend". You have to keep them on a leash for a reason, yet it seems like 95% of the population doesn't understand why.
I also believe it's counter productive to simply think of them all as dogs and not make distinctions based on size or breed. Imagine if we had tens of millions of leopards, cheetahs, lions and tigers as pets and we simply thought of them all as harmless house cats. This is how I see large dogs. People walking them around town, taking them to restaurants, letting them walk up to strangers because "Hey my tiger is a good boy and wouldn't harm a fly". There's a huge difference between a 10lb dog and a 100lb dog, just as there is a big difference between a house cat and a snow leopard.

I am level 100 anti dog.
The leash laws are a big issue for me. I've been on both sides with my dog being attacked and another of my dogs being dog aggressive. Even if you're dog is friendly you don't know how other peoples dogs will react if they run up to them.

IHD made me feel less like a crazy person. Never have a second thought about dogs, until I had children. I've had to defend my children from 4 different dog attacks. Their ages are 4 & 5. The owners had no clue what was going on, they looked like deer in headlights and didnt give a F about me or my children. Disgusting. Now there's a giant german shepherd in the extended family & we're suppose to get the kids all buddy buddy with this massive beast.

I've been on pages for single childless women. The dog loving ones don't care about you or your kids.
My dad's home gets destroyed by his huskies but he doesnt want to hear anyone, not even family, or friends, tell him about his home or his stinkin mutts. He'll get more mad than anyone else.
He dropped a bunch of money on his dogs; vet bills, their food, treats, medication, dog beds, "puppy pads" 🤦♀🤦♀... mind you these are old dogs.
He takes care of the dogs but neglects himself. He would feed these dogs human food and leave himself to go hungry. The dogs really don't have a good life. My dad is a trucker and the dogs are left in a dark quiet house with nothing to do.
They are honestly a selfish, degenerate, breed of human.
For the most part dogs are useless creatures which are dependent on humans. They don't have the independences of cats. Nor do they have the non-reliance on humans as other Caines- mainly wolves. Then there's the excessive panting, slobbering, barking, dog odor and dog shit everywhere, that are other reasons to dislike dogs.
The deference often given to dogs, and treating dogs as people, just makes the dislike fester more. Worse is the sentiment that someone is a "bad person" for not liking dogs. Quite frankly, I just don't see what the fuss is about. Now if we're talking about service dogs, police dogs and dogs used in some work capacity, then that's different. Other than that dogs are useless to me. Having a dog out of need for companionship is a pretty insane to me. I'll not buy into the madness thank you.

Thanks for giving a more mature perspective. Most dog owners are very offended when presented with this information. Almost no one has spoken about the negative effects that dogs have on society.
We are now living in dog zoos, and people have turned into zoo keepers and given our territory over to an "animal" that gives zero F__s, has no remorse, doesn't even want to be here, and is bribed with food to be a "companion".

Owners of small dogs are usually more considerate of others than those who own large dogs. Pit bull owners are the most inconsiderate of all. People with pits and large dogs are usually sadistic when it comes to other animals, like cats or wildlife. Thinking its funny when their dog kills one of them. They're sick.
I hate dogs due to a mix of phobias and past traumas- the big one having been an attack when I was seven, where the neighbor’s dog escaped it’s yard with the intent to attack and kill the kitten I was playing with next to my own front porch.
My serious issues come with lack of hygiene, consideration, and disregard for leash laws. Personal responsibility, breed restrictions, and training requirements would do a lot to ease my fear.
Same reason that I never ever allow my pet cat to roam outside off harness. Your pets should never have to be an inconvenience or concern for others.

I am dog neutral due to my autistic sensory issues and PTSD. Dogs are very overwhelming with their smell, barking, and overall neediness. I don't hate them since they are unable to control their instincts. What does bother me is dog owners and the culture they have cultivated. Dogs can do no wrong according to them and this has made the discussion around aggressive breeds like Pitbulls, German Shepards and Chows very difficult. Dogs are just another animal to me and I don't put them on a pedestal.
I'm not a bad person just because I dont have them as my preferred pet. I never take it personally when people don't like cats as I am a cat person but for some reason dog people take that so personally for some reason. But just like dog owners with SENSE and who remember that their companions are ANIMALS, I never let mine lick my face, never kissed my dogs, and I do not demand that others just love my dog. IHD channel makes a lot of sense sometimes. I don’t approach talking about dogs with as much vitriol but I do think there are far too many in our society. I used to live in an area where safety warnings would be issued about swimming in rivers due to toxicity from the amount of dog poop that seeps into the water table.

I’d say that’s pretty useful. Moving on, oder and loudness largely depends on the breed. There are some dogs (the Shiba Inu) that are so obsessed with cleanliness that some POTTY TRAIN THEMSELVES. If anecdotal evidence is allowed, my dog never barks unless she’s playing, which is rare in and of itself. Regardless, I’d say that if you got only one bath every year or so, you’d be pretty smelly as well.

I'm mainly a dog-neutral, I do not have a problem with them mostly as long the owners or whatever keeps them well behaved, I won't mind petting their dog for abit and I always wash my hand afterwards. I like dogs, but I don't get the idea that they are more valuable than people- that is ludicrous. Being overly attached to a dog is strange, but I think hating a dog for just existing is equally as strange. Its an animal. It isn't malicious. A dog can show anger or love but it doesn't have the intelligence to do it in the same way that a human being can. Most of the time when a dog causes problems, it ultimately comes down to a poor owner.

When I was growing up I used to live on a Horse farm in Harrowsmith, a fairly rural village in Ontario great place the only problem is I had terrible neighbors. They owned all the property around our house and trespassed on our land at night when my father was working, in an attempt to get us to sell low so they could buy and subdivide they would bang on our door, Break into our barn and steal the barn cat's kittens, and put something in the horse's water tub that made them not drink from it. This went on for a couple of months until one of the horse breeders we dealt with who happened to also breed Sarplaninac's in the US offered to give us 2 full-grown female Sarplaninacs. They drove them down in exchange for an Arabian horse, Iasha and Shania were their names after a week of having them out on the farm 24/7 our neighbors resorted to driving by in the middle of the night and flinging pop cans at out siding to break it. We ended up selling the farm to people in the Canadian Armed Forces that liked the house and did not care about the trouble we had with the neighbors
I kinda just found the Anti dog rabbit hole and like you guys can have your own opinions and your not wrong about their instincts etc but still cant you see how they can be extremely useful
My sars came back with bb gun holes and welts from being smacked by 2x4s yeah thats fucked but what was teh alternative let someone tresspass and break into my house....
The family that did it had an uncle that was chief of police in a small ass town....

dogs are cool is they aren't in my house. Or pissing all over the place. If its a big dog, its usually ill mannered. If its a small dog, its scared of everything and will probably submissive pee all over the place.

I think some dogs are cute, but i don't want any around Me, stinking, slobbering mess and shit everywhere, barking driving people mad and raising stress and violence levels.. stealing my food when I'm fishing, and owners just watching, not caring about what their stupid mutts are eating and stealing. A huge alsation jumped on My back at the beach the other day while i was kneeling trying to take a photo, the owner was stood behind Me silently, as if nothing was happening.
