- Another week and work continues on the '57. We toss on some second hand bumpers as well as getting fuel tank and exhaust mounted up. Getting close to turning the key on this old rig and have it back moving under its own power. #1957chevy #57chevy #trifive #bornfreebuilds

I always liked the bumperettes on the 57s. I’m glad you didn’t put the tacky Belair side sheets on the car. 210s have the perfect amount of chrome. 😮

Really like the build, you do nice work! Interesting you went with the 6 cylinder but I like it. Where I live I had to put a small block in mine to keep up with traffic. I’d love to use one but it couldn’t keep up and people would give me the finger so I had to change mine but love seeing someone using one.
They are only original once is the reason we decided to use the 6. However, can definitely see the advantage of a sbc and auto on todays roads. Whatever keeps you safe is the route to go with! 👍🏼👍🏼
This thing is screaming for wide white walls, get the port o walls they can mount right on the tires you got and would look amazing. With a 6 cylinder she’s a cruiser not a hot rod, which is quite alright.. I’m overly impressed with all your work sir. First build I’ve seen on RUclips, where every aspect of fixing up a car is approached and I watch a lot of car channels absolutely. 💯

you bought a v8 radiator thats a 6 cylinder radiator bracket
