massive migraine today & toddlers new haircut

Today's vlog was a hard one for me! I had a massive migraine but the day must go on. We got Jaxton a haircut and made a yummy dinner!

Cassie, hope you’re feeling better! Excedrin Migraine Tablets are one of my staples! I get horrible Migraines , and try to always have on hand! Two of them and a large cup of strong coffee does help a lot!
Jaxton is really going strong, and Iris sounded so sweet, dining herself to sleep. Cutest girl💖🦋🌸💜🧡🙏😊

I'm going to give you a few hints that I have found that help with Migraines. Peppermint oil around the area of pain and just under the nose will help, ( Lavender helps in the evening especially at bedtime.) Also you might, when you can, use a cold compress, though some people say heat helps. Also a tight band around the head. Ginger can help with nausea. Some of the headaches might resolve around your time. I've had migraines most of my life so these are some tips I've found that helps. Also certain food will sometimes help.
