I think if I were Iris on the mat and my daddy and brother were making it wave, I'd be seasick! lol I like how you always include Jaxton when you do something with Iris. Letting him say and touch the colors was great. One mat, two kids entertained! Winner! The realtor should've told the couple, the scheduled time is _____ and stuck to it. That was unfair to ya'll!
Oh, gosh guys, I feel your pain! My oldest was 2 when we moved & I remember how challenging it was making the house look good for showings. I was so stressed! And I only had one kid! I can't imagine doing it with a toddler, new baby & 2 dogs! I hope the house sells soon so you don't have to do too many more showings. Good luck!

That happed to us too when we sold our house two years ago! My kids aren’t babies but they are school aged and we got rushed out our house with people waiting on us on a school/ work night! I had my kids doing homework at Walk ons and we couldn’t go back home will 9PM cause of how many people ended up looking at the house! My husband was so pissed lol! But we were so grateful that our house sold in pretty much 24 hours and we only had to do that twice!

Have some cookie dough in the freezer and bake two or three cookies or 45 or six and just leave them on a little plate in your kitchen. I’ll just make the house smell really good and your guest could take if they wanted.

The first time i watched you talk about jaxton's speech i thought can he understand spanish,but then im like im sure they've thought about that,hes coming on now but,it was just a thought as my daughter has a friend who is african an she had a baby and it didnt understan english but understood african which was strange,they say a baby usually speaks the fathers language not sure how true this is she claims her midwife told her that,here in scotland you can visit your midwife for babys first year and thats who told her when her child was trying to talk..🏴❤❤❤❤🏴
