Tighten the chain by pulling the blade while fastening the cap. Lubricate manually often. And needing to sharpen the chain is normal with every chainsaw, depending on how often you use it and on what type of wood you use it on.
@@HovenierMMaarsen my wife bought one. I cut our old Christmas tree some, 50mm to 75mm with no problems. HOWEVER! Getting her to clean it? It needs an oiler, manual is ok. She cut tree roots, mud included. I don't expect it to live long. 😫🤐😩
@@2011necro Milwaukee makes a m12 version with a 6 inch bar and an automatic oiler so much easier I think they were 179 without a battery and 250 for a 4 ap hour battery and charger that lasts a really long time for me I absolutely love it
When you fasten the cap pull out the blade a bit setting tension on the chain and fasten the cap firmly. I’ve heard people having the same problem, I have never had any problems with it myself..

I've seen it used for detail sculpting vegetation. An example would be creating animals or elaborate shapes in hedges or shrubbery.
My chain is all sloppy and jams up how do you keep your tight like that ive had mune for over a year and had to sharpen it 2x

I work for a stihl exclusive company and we have trouble getting them in I don't even think they're making it to the US
