Dave may never have gone mountain biking, but I heard Dave once swam from False Creek to Victoria while carrying 69 raw eggs for sustenance. He made it to the Sunshine Coast, a little confused and a little cold, but the experience taught him how to knit.

I wish I read this before I started 2 months ago… after my first real ride on a Costco hard tail, I went to get a big boy bike. Everyone was jealous of the current sales and how the paid so much over the past few years, I was excited to get a great deal until I was told $4200 was a steal…?!?! I went for it 😆
I've really enjoyed the different focus of the last few videos- the winter rides, riding with the dog, taking your friend out for the first time, it's a fun break from the summer's shredding videos (although those are delightful to watch as well).
Very underrated channel. With the best videography, edits, and content 🔥. People are just missing something mahalo my dude 🤙

A black first time mountain biking!?!?! I have been mtb since summer 2022, I have not yet hit a black, although I have been recovering from an injury for 10 weeks. First ride going to be this weekend.
I feel like this is how I will ride when it warms back up.

MTBiking is easy today, whit all the slack geometry and loong wheelbase of modern mtbikes. Heck they are pretty much engineless dirtbikes. Try going back to the the old 90s bikes and try mtbiking then :D
