What I should have said (less confrontationally though!) was that I believe if you video record anywhere that's a public venue then it's legal. That's the way it works in Canada anyway, not sure about the States. Also not sure about Artists' intellectual property rights regarding unreleased songs or whatever.. I'm sure the info's out there somewhere! :)
@@vdogg1987 in the us you can't. Every policy for tickets when you buy them says no video. If the band or performer wants to take it down they can. I was copy right striked by Glenn Danzig during his reunion show with the misfits. He doesn't like being seen with the other 2 guys so is taking it all down. So yea any concert video is at the mercy of the uploader sadly
