I got a new cricket wireless plan for $55 for 5G. Yeah go figure that’s what they sold me when my phone can only receive 4G they refuse to change my account. They refused to give me a refund and they refused to give me a managers name or number I spent three hours on the telephone talking to some fucking bot.
You can’t get a supervisor they won’t connect you it is impossible so I’m calling my attorney and I’m gonna sue them😊

Did you tell them that your phone was 4g? No matter what plan you change it to if you're phone is not a 5g phone then get a 5g phone or keep the one you have. They cant give u your money back since its prepaid. And its on the receipt and if you go online as well.
