I was bike scrutineer there in the 1980's. It is always the end of the season in UK and the riders are there for a holiday. Generally they ride 8 tenths, thinking about the following week on the beach in Thailand. In 2016 I flew from the Philippines to ride 2 parade laps of 50 classic bikes to celebrate the 50th anniversary of bike racing in Macau. I rode a Bonneville kindly loaned to me and I think I got into second gear once. If you have not been to Macau, put it on your bucket list.

@@MrFilipeBrito It's definitely not open to any pilot. They have an acceptance process for all entries...only if you meet their minimum standards in terms of experience, speed and race conduct will you be granted an entry
It's more of a lowlight than a highlight, I guess, since this extraodinary cut somehow misses the entire first lap (and also during race laps) run down to the Guia corner. And most of the video contains only the twisted sections where absolutely nothing happened. I almost think that this video is intended to keep all the exciting parts out for some funny reason.

Tauhid Rochiman Doesn't change the fact that Isle of man is far more dangerous with smaller roads, tighter corners, worse asphalt and if you crash you end up in someones back yard or smashed against their house wall

you need to pay the entrance fee. it's open to.any pilot. you just need to contact the organization and pay the fee. I think it's around 7k usd
