    Once upon a time during the Vietnam War against the US, an American captain pilot named George Filer witnessed a UFO tracking around his plane 2-3 times later. fly away at 3 times the speed of US military aircraft. According to known documents, in the past, Vietnam was not good at aviation technology, they only used aircraft provided by the Russian army and there was no evidence that foreign objects came from Vietnam. After he got old he spent all his time studying the UFO phenomenon, he said that in his life he had never seen anything so beautiful and modern technology. George Filer he died in 1987

      @Cardinal RG Actually it's known as a socialist-oriented market economy. Though there is a mixture of private and state ownership. The state owns the backbone of the economy through state owned enterprises. It can be argued that this is in line with Marxist theory, as the point is to slowly transform the economy into a more socialist economy once a market economy has formed. This is probably the most simplistic explaination of Vietnam's economy. But this is what I read regarding their economy.

    • @michaelw7867
      @michaelw7867 6 лет назад +12

      Keith Andrew Bounds Interestingly, if you visit Viet Nam today, the Vietnamese currently use the name Saigon and Ho Chi Minh City virtually interchangeably. In the years since the war, the city has grown and expanded exponentially, and the area that was formerly Saigon during the war is now the central district of a much larger city. That district is officially named the "Saigon district." But because it's the main business, tourist, and entertainment center, both Vietnamese and international visitors tend to refer to it and the entire city as Saigon as often as they do Ho Chi Minh City. Many American veterans of the war have been back to visit, and there's a small community of American Vietnam vets and expats living in Vietnam today. The Vietnamese for the most part have put aside the old hatreds of the war and welcomed them warmly.
