Thank you for the Video! :) The Issue of the Interactions not showing up after you moved one of the Jumps on the other Site of the Fence, might be because of the Fence. Imo, they were still close enough, but since the Fence was inbetween the Game might calculate the distance i test for differently. I will see if i set the Test for the Interactions to show up a bit higher, i just want to make sure ppl will not put them too far away. How Sims choose the next one autonomously, can be a bit tricky.
Before I recorded this video, the first thing I tested was using TOOL to put a jump close to another out in the field beside the lot (just like I actually did later in the video). So I knew the fence wasn’t a problem, but I guess for the video I should’ve removed the fence so there wouldn’t be doubt from anyone else’s end 😅
It's an improvement, but she is still just using each jump independently, petting her horse, and then moving (awkwardly) to the next jump. I really wish more effort from EA had gone into Horse Ranch.
Good news! LittleMsSam updated the mod so they don’t pet the horse between multiple jumps anymore. There’s only a very brief start/stop at the beginning and end of the animation
@@IronSeagull yeah I wish they did this with the pack. Totally not just mods sometimes mods could be destroying your computers. If you have too much could have viruses and others if you download games and profiles of the game is already packed up with profiles and all kinds of stuff already plus months is even three times or four times more, if they come with the pack, you don’t have to deal with extra profiles or stuff like that later on I wish they did this already with the pack but they don’t
I was so sad to learn that you can only jump one jump and that they wouldn't do an obstical course with jumps like you normally would. Defiantly downloading this mod.
One, love your videos IronSeagull. And Two, Gasp! Need this now. 🤣 I love LittleMsSams mods. So many of them are amazing, creative and so much gameplay fun. There is a mod to remove the chalk marks so you don't have to see it in game. I think it's from LittleMsSam too. 🤔 it won't remove the barrels and jumps that are placed in the world, but in your household it does. Also, you still have an option to place down the vanilla one if you want to tweak the jumps like this video so I love its not an override.
I knew that it would happen eventually but it's still sad that it had to just to fix something they knew was bad. What game designer would look at the Jumps and Barrels endlessly looping with no variation and think that was acceptable "Gameplay".
This is so good! I really try not to use too many mods but this one is a must have! Thanks for showcasing it... I really need to get brave and give the tool mod a shot too.

2:55 I’m assuming the issue with that setup is at least partially the gate. It could be the distance, too, but the gate definitely seems like a potential problem. 4:59 Okay, I see. The distance was an issue. I still the gate would be a problem, but seeing the distance between the first set and the second set, I see what you mean about distance since there is no gate preventing the course from working. 9:25 Never mind my comment about the gate. I’ve not used the mod, so I didn’t realize it would ignore gates. Good to know.
Hi! I really love this mod, but I was wondering if there was a way for the horse to not stop after every jump. I would like something more realistic like the jumping course on ts3, do you think is possible?
This was my biggest disappointment with this pack. I do not like the way the horse stops between the jumps but it is still a big improvement. Thank you for sharing.
The mod got updated so now the stops are minimal. I played with it last night and the petting doesn’t happen anymore, it’s just a very quick start/stop when the horse is winding up/down for each jump

This is amazing. I'm eternally grateful to the modding community. Now it's only a matter of time before we get this with barrel racing 😆

It looks like you have done the terrain paint on the course too. How? Was that already there?
The terrain paint is already there when you load the world. Unfortunately you can't use TOOL on terrain paint
