    WOWZA! That's some big league spend requirements for the SUBs!!! Thanks for the info + video!

    Cap1 ain't playing around with that spend! You gotta buy a car just to hit the 1st half of the requirement. But I like this breakdown. A different option vs. The consumer card where you're not hindered from overlap features/benefits . Good stuff, Luke

      Thank you sir. I still think this one is ok without the bonus. Might be tough to get referrals though

    My cousin luvs this card. But he also has major league spend from, buying and rehabbing houses.
    I think I have a decent amount of monthly spend but even if I put all my personal and Business spend on this card for 3 months. Id probably still fall about 2k-3k short of hitting the $20 k portion of the current sub
    But 300 miles does sound good.

      I think I under some unique circumstances I could hit the first part. Like taxes, home renovations and everything together but normal spend I would fall short

    I have seriously considered getting this card. I have to spend about $40k on removing some trees next year and would love to get a fat sign-up bonus for doing so.

    I am curious to see some approval datapoints on this card. I am not pre-approved for venture on the personal side, so I haven’t applied for it. I’m a sole prop, so i’m doubtful, but it’d be fun to see datapoints. VX just makes so much sense for me.

    I do love business cards, but thus far have only HD Amex business cards for my businesses. I haven't had the need for another issuer nor a heart for more cards with annual fees.

    I think Capital One business cards actually do count for it Chase 5/24 because they report them on your personal credit report, I'm not 100% sure about this one though. I've been doing some research lately because I was debating if I wanted to drop my personal venturex to get this one, but I'm also considering the Ritz-Carlton card. The thing I'm hung up on right now is the difference between the MasterCard and Visa coverages, they seem to be the same but I think there's some subtle differences.

    • @LukesPointsandMiles
      @LukesPointsandMiles  6 месяцев назад +1

      There are some differences with Mastercard a a visa. I think some but not all of Capital one’s business cards report to the credit bureaus. I believe TPG reported this one does not. I could be wrong though

    Did not know about those travel benefits! Great summary Luke! I'd also consider this card over the personal version, but I'd probably wait until the welcome offer goes back to normal .. and that is not something I say often!

      @LukesPointsandMiles  6 месяцев назад

      @@LukesPointsandMilesfair, but you might have a CSP or CIP with a $95 AF that you probably have a difficult time recouping every year. The Sapphire Lounges in JFK, LGA, BOS plus the PP Restaurants are probably worth it to ME. And the low AU fee with full lounge use.

    • @LukesPointsandMiles
      @LukesPointsandMiles  6 месяцев назад +2

      @@krs1905 that’s tough. No card out there makes you try to make up $250 plus $75 each AU. I can’t think of another card that has the much money to try to make up. $95 for the CSP or CIP you can probably get with a chase offers. Haha

    The problem for me comes with having two kids. Without the free authorized user getting into the lounge, I’m only getting one of the two kids in. Who has to wait in the concourse?😂
    Still, I would consider it for the sign-up bonus alone.… Just the first part.

      There is some inconsistency with the data points. It seems some of the points earning biz cards do but from what I understand the cash back and the venture x does not. But so the capital one you never really know.
