I don’t know about Money B but Shock G was with Pac all throughout his prison stint & even sat in the courtroom during closing argument. He was a real one! Rest in Peace to him ✨
Shock g was always close to pac, shock was his mentor at one stage and he produced she’d so many tears plus many other
Facts I Never Saw Money B & Pac Around That Much
But shock said that he didn’t know that pac was out of prison until he heard California love on the radio
PAC wasn’t in constant communication with shock giving him hourly updates on his prison situation, his release was probably quick and came before many knew shock perhaps knew pac was going to be released but just not when@@trapez77
Please just shut up 😂
" shock is responsible for all my success" -2pac 🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️🤷🏾♂️
How does Reggie know this to be true? He wasn't exactly Pac's best friend either..Didn't Pac fire him?
He was around in 96 unlike Digital Underground....
Actual factual
Reggie only knew tupac for 7 months

@@mr1980fulmost new fans knew 0 days & 0 hours but go on
Pac spoke highly of Shock g all the way up to his death in interviews. Shock g produced shed so many tears and was in temptations video. It’s even a Shock g and Tupac picture in 96 were they at a event together
He also produced the OG version of R U STILL DOWN
Not from late 95 to sept 96.
@@clopotari147 yes he did, literally his first mtv interview out of jail he talks about Shock g. 2pac,Cleetis Mack and Shock g got a picture together in 1996. Pac got on Versace while throwing up the W. You clearly don’t know what you talking about.
Easy mo B produced that
@@prstonbell.brougotsmashed8529 no he didn’t lol. You can do a quick google search and that’s like common knowledge people know. Shock also was the song F the world, he produced that too. Easy Mo bee produced temptations and if I die 2nite
Tupac was probably saying it in a serious but friendly way not to just shit on them because he didn’t like them.
2 platinum albums and 2 gold albums by April of 95 and a movie that went #1 in the box office 🔥🔥🔥
Yep 💯
Tupac was all over the radio before Death Row. Pre Death Row Tupac was fire as well. 🔥
Agreed,he just had more life experiences after being in jail and had them fire death row beats ready ❤
I liked him more then.
Besides that bail money he didn’t need DeathRow and could have made it without them. I mean his DeathRow stint only lasted about a year.
"Keep Ya Head Up" and "I Get Around" got mad radio play ⏯️
Tupac was already trailblazing before DeathRow becoming a well known face thru movies
Not true at all, Shock was with Pac in NY in court. Reggie is basically calling Pac fake or 2 faced, because one thing we ALL know about Pac is that if he dont like you or F wit you, he aint keeping it a secret. I really wish that Bomb 1st would stop trying to minimize everyone in Pacs life before DR. He was literally only there for 7 months and aos everyone before that wasn't close to him. SMH
11 months
He was
And the masses have spoken .. everyone knows Pac loved digital underground
"Fuckin clowns still watching clips of I GET AROUND" - 2Pac / Niggas Done Changed
Reggie is correct. Pac didn’t “like” Shock and Money B, he loved them and vice versa.
Hes a crooked ass cop idk why people take his word seriously
Pac had just been shot, came outta jail - and the first thing Money B said “I don’t like your new album”, that’s when you got your head stuck up yo bumbooty
Reggie doesn’t like those dudes, Not Tupac🤣
Stop the bullshit dude. Pac wasn't feeling them cats like that. They didn't even write or visit Pac while he was in jail.

Didn't Shock and Mon say Pac played Makaveli for them... Reg be quick to act like he got all the 2pac answers when Pac was only around 9 months with deathrow plus like someone mentioned in the comments DIDN'T 2PAC FIRE REGGIE???
💯💯💯🎯Him and David Kenner right before Vegas. Watch choke no joke fam… Reggie better get a lawyer
I would take Reggie's opinion on this with a grain of salt. I think Pac was cool with them. I don't doubt that Pac wanted to show them up, because maybe they did haze him a little, but I doubt it was that serious. He always put them on his stuff after he blew up. Always talked well of Shock G up to his last mention of him in 96, and Money B was featured in the Makaveli album on the street signs interview before the song to Live and Die in L.A. Even if he was mad at them, I doubt it was that serious. They are the ones who put him on.
I believe 2pac didn’t fit w them , prolly thought they was soft but no doubt he had love for em
Pac didn't fit in with the group. He used that situation as a launching pad for his solo career.

That RSO?
To be fair: Tupac released only one album alive on Death Row. So before All Eyez On Me Shock G produced songs for Tupac and other members had rapped on his songs. Tupac had no control over the finished product of Makaveli since he was killed before the release.
Too many people that were around Pac for a brief moment out here making videos every single day talking about him for clicks and views, acting like they were best friends.
Nah the Makaveli album counts as his last album he recorded alive. He was promoting it and recorded two videos for it. The finished album they put out was 95% how it was supposed to come out while he was alive. So two albums alive while with Death Row. Pac even told Nas to his face a day or two before he was killed "I have an album coming out" then told him about the diss
But pac did songs with everybody after he got out. Why he ain’t do sings with digital underground after he got out?
@@tommybrown187THANK YOU. People are acting oblivious to this. He found time to link up with Syke, Johnny J, Richie Rich, E40, Tha Outlawz. But Digital Underground was not only not on AEOM. But nothing he did afterwards. There was a reason for that.
Ya but his hand written lists of songs prove he was releasing basically what was released
Shock produced Shed so many tears
2 Pac said so himself on the MTV interview with Tabatha that he loved and respected the group for giving him his start and gave them props .. come on reggie
Shock G worked on Me Against The World
Pac and Shock G were tight.
Not as tight as you think. He was more tight with Spice 1 they were more alike.
Pause.
I normally don’t question you Reggie but from all outward appearances he seemed to have a lot of love for Shock G and Money B. Could things have possibly changed… perhaps. I just don’t know if I buy he didn’t care for them. They also know Pac from his Bay Area days, and everyone says he was a different guy when he was here. They also supported him in court during the NY case.
Also I want point out that they gave Pac one of his big early hits “I Get Around”, which was supposed to be a DU song.
I remember a episode of Yo! MTV Raps that D.U was on there calling Pac out for some shit. They told him that he could meet them at the "O.K Corral" on the show
I think I remember that 👀
CAP!!
2Pac asked Money B to come down to record but Money B didn't want to come to Deathrow studios because of rumors surrounding Deathrow. Digital Underground gave 2Pac F' the World and So Many Tears on Me Against the World
Shock G produced 2 songs on Me Against The World..."So Many Tears" and "Fck The World". So Shock G was there until he signed to Deathrow
Reggie is wrong or cappin. Pac LOVED them guys. Especially shock G. I guarantee you he never said that shit about shining on them. He probably said something about them wanting to see how big he is now but NEVER implied he hated them or turned on them.
So why didn't he work with them at all after he got out of jail ...... ?

Reggie does not have the credibility to speak on PAC and Digital Underground. Tupac hated cops. Tupac fired Reggie. Reggie did not provide adequate security for Tupac and Suge on that night. I believe Reggie to be honest and upright however how does Reggie have the credibility to distract from Tupac’s previous relationship?

Money B himself said he didn't visit or write Pac while he was in jail. Do that sound like a homie to you?
No, Tupac Shakur said plenty of times he doesn't have a hatred for all cops just crooked cops. If 2Pac and Suge was together, then you know Reggie was somewhere with them if not, then his security was, that's reggie has all this information.
@willt8848 Money B also said he I the one who chose to separate himself from 2pac. So no, Money B wasn't a real friend. Pac separated himself from a lot of people during his deathrow days.

Comments are funny. Reggie knew Pac for 11 months and got fired. Did Pac like Reggie??? Shock Gee Produced my favorite Pac song So many Tears on his album before prison. What Reggie mean when he says were they on any of Pacs Albums before he blew up? Is he insinuating that Pac blew up on Death Row???? Who was on his albums at Death Row? Who was going around that insanity?
Yep. My biggest pet peeve is fools that continue to push the narrative that Pac wasn't anything before Death Row. Pac didn't need Death Row; Death Row needed Pac. If Pac didn't sign to Death Row, Death Row was done. And Pac would have been Tupac without them, regardless. Dude sat in prison pre death row and had the number one selling album with multiple billboard hits and was outselling every Death Row release since Doggystyle.

He chose to do that with a lot of people. But, in this particular situation, Money B is the one who chose to separate himself from 2pac. When 2pac saw you as disloyal, he dismissed you. Loyalty was really big to Pac.
@Ms.BayAreaMatthews415 I don't think money b separating himself from pac showed any disloyalty to pac or that he wasn't a friend.I think he distance his self from pac. Because he probably saw he was going down a path that wasn't going to be good.Pac wasn't listening to no one so it was best he just distance his self. From the surroundings/people that pac was choosing to surround his self with. But I don't agree with him not at least writing or sending some money to pac when he was in jail.Seeing as how pac was his friend. He should have at least sent him something if he wasn't going to come visit. Not making excuses for him but I also look at it as money b was young and you never know how people are going to handle certain situations.

Reggie, get your facts straight before speaking, talking about Pac didn't f' with DU after 92 or his first album. Shock G was producing hits for Pac for every single album he did before Death Row, including multiple on Me Against The World, which you and everyone else knows came out in 95. I don't know what Pac said to you, but I know Money B himself had issues about Pac signing to Death Row. But the title of this video is misleading as well, because you can't speak to his relationship with DU as a whole, as him and Shock were always tight, and Pac always talked about Shock being a big brother, even in 96. When Pac saw Money B again at House of Blues, from what Money B said, it was clear that Pac wasn't cutting them out of his life, but needed to navigate his plan on Death Row first. We forget that Pac was on Death Row for just over 10 months, yet we act like it's a lifetime, where Pac had the ability to have time to set everything with everyone straight.
Just curious.. couple questions for Regg and John .. what happened to the cd that was playing in the BMW .. I know Regg said he retrieved the gun from the stash box . Is it still in the car ?? Pac also said Shock G was the 1st person to believe in him & give him an opportunity to rap “Same Song”
The stuff his original guys are truthful and Strictly for my niggaz and I get around 93-94 Shock G and Money B were on those albums. Money B stated he knew nothing about PAC on Death Row but they lived in the same neighborhood growing up
Alot of people in the comments need to listen to the end "You have the point of view of a Fan" 😂 you wasnt there, how you know? 😂😂😂😂
They act like they were there. Lol Death Row has become a boogeyman to the “I was a fan of Pac before DR” base lol
@@timmy841212Death Row was the booger man for a lot of people, on hoodstas.
@@universalconquest4447 Lol exactly
He became Makaveli when he joined Death Row. All eyez on Me was Death Row. 7th Day Theory was Me against the world reborn.
Come On Reggie!
D.U. was at Pac's trial, they have songs on Me Against The World and there is a pic of Pac with them while on Death Row.
Sounds like cap to me. Reggie be on it mostly, but Pac never said a word bad about digital underground. Seems like Pac got with DR and lost his real homies
Don't be for digitalunderground PAC wouldn't have had a rap career frfr. Atrium Gregory was his mentor. So what ever Money B says is factual. Reggie you don't have to tare down everything people say Tupac Shakur was only on Death Row 11 months before he was killed.
They didn’t sign but put him on stage and that motivated him. But Death Row may have gotten him material things. But they also got him killed.
Pac got himself killed
Different time periods .. different album 💿 pac loved shock g and digital underground
all legends they were in the movie 🎥 nothing but trouble
Thug life was pacs group he disbanded and formed dramacydal aka the outlawz
Shock did So many Tears
I believe Reggie but pac was a quick mood changer they probably pissed him off that day 😂 I don’t think he disliked them but I don’t know Reggie knows pac personality more than I do I would assume
Money B chose to separate himself from 2pac as he said in an interview. He had no 1st hand knowledge of anything that went on at deathrow. Yes pac was a moody man, argumentative and hated disloyalty.
@@Ms.Federally.Official-Matthews yup I remember money b saying that
That’s true lol but Money B did cut off contact after Pac got locked up.
@@timmy841212 damn he did? But he said pac invited to a video shoot or something while pac while pac was on D.R
@@TracyGotGame I could be misremembering but Money did say he cut off contact with Pac at some point.
Shock G Produced “Fuck The World” on that 1995 Me against the World.
Where is Money B ... The Album ?!! (no one was interested) ~ 🔮
Ayooo 😅😂 he said money b I got the what
These guys still get to answer questions even though he didn’t like them… he always talking about shit that really doesn’t matter.
If only Pac was still alive.
Reggie a liar
Pac was killed because nobody around him, loved him! @Reggie I see a difference between you and Big Gene. I can tell Gene really cares and is deeply hurt over losing Big! I don't get that same energy from you. Gene emotes sadness. You emote anger. You discredit anyone that doesnt believe your narrative. Gene feels like he failed Big. It still weighs on him. You dont seem to give af!!
You still haven't answered our questions...how did you become a fbi informant?who is dirty kev? And do you know perez ,mack ,and Gaines....Compton is only 8 miles wide so the world is curious how multiple sources have admitted that these cops were often seen around death row functions etc but yet you have stated that you don't know these dirty cops ...
He may have said it but I believe Pac was just excited to show them how far he came up I can't say reggie is lying because I was not present but Pac gave them ample respect while on Death Row , Period !
Now Reggie is tripping with this one. Pac always spoke highly of DU, especially Shock G!! He always showed mad love for them and said that was his happiest time when he was with them.
Even after he was released from prison in multiple interviews he spoke very highly of DU and held Shock G in the highest regard.
