It is a MIRACLE!! I can be the volume-eater that I love and still lose weight!!! I'll definitely be trying those Hawaiian potatoes too!
I love the Stokes purple potatoes! I usually steam all my potatoes. But for these, they're best baked or air fried. I actually think they taste like roasted marshmallows when cut into 1-2 inch cubes and air fried.
About to go on this diet because I LOVE the simplicity I'm a full time working mom and I sometimes forget to eat so I end up eating junk thats quick and easy. I decided I'm going to cook them before hand so they are easy to just grab and go.

Sweet potatoes are in Europa expensive, because of the far delivery, but if i buy 2 a week, i very enjoy. Its Like Cookies or pie! Thats my dessert. The Normal yellow potatoes i love too, evry day eating and my stomage are satisfay Full. Thank you for your Tips! I will fallow this nutrion for the Rest of my life, and i dont think about eat to eat too much and stay Healthy.
Sisterhood! Great video. Tough challenge, but you have a great selection of potatoes. I finally convinced my husband that iceberg lettuce wasn't really lettuce and now you promote it.. I'll have to revisit it. Also, bear's activities in the background were fun to watch, lol... too cute!
I have never managed to convince my husband that iceberg isn’t real lettuce. I never liked it because I associate iceberg with fast food hamburgers. Then I grew some in my backyard, and it is completely divine if home grown. It has a beautiful green colour and is so crisp & delicious. I’m a convert, but only for home grown.

I found the Starch Solution six years ago at age 62. I knew I could do it the rest of my life. I lost 40 lbs easily. You are right, it is a MIRACLE!

I like to cook stoke potatoes in my air fryer :)
I cut them up into ~1-inch rounds, and then stick them in the AF at 400F for like 25 min
