Life Update & Launch of The Voice Within

In this video, I'm excited to share a new chapter in my journey with you all. Over the past 4 years, I've had the privilege of working exclusively with trans and queer individuals, supporting them in finding their voice while fostering self-acceptance and confidence. This passion led me to become certified in NLP (Neuro-Linguistic Progamming), hypnosis, and mindset coaching allowing me to better help my clients reprogram unconscious beliefs, stepping into their most authentic selves.
I'm thrilled to introduce my new group coaching program, "The Voice Within," taking participants on a transformative 4-week journey of subconscious reprogramming, understanding their nervous system through the lens of polyvagal theory, and self-care practices.
