Psc ഇൽ വന്നിട്ട് 5 വർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞു എന്റെ അനുഭവം പറയാം 2017 ഇൽ ഡിപ്ലോമ കഴിഞ്ഞ് പോലീസ് എഴുതിയതാണ് ലിസ്റ്റിൽ വന്നു നാട്ടിൽ മുഴുവൻ പാട്ടായി. അതോടെ വരുന്നവരും പോന്നവരും എന്തിന് പരിചയം ഇല്ലാത്തവർ വരെ വന്ന് ചോദിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങി ജോലി എപ്പോ കിട്ടുമെന്ന് അവസാനം main വന്നപ്പോൾ ലാസ്റ്റ് റാങ്ക് ആയതിനാൽ ജോലി കിട്ടിയില്ല അതിനുശേഷം psc യിൽ വീട്ടുകാർ പറഞ്ഞത് പ്രകാരം തുടർന്നു പെട്ടുപോയി.feb plus two main എഴുതുന്നതോടെ ഞാൻ psc യോട് വിടപറയുന്നു ഇനിയും ഇതിൽ നിന്നാൽ ജീവിതം തീരും ഇനി psc യിലേക്ക് വരുന്നവർക്കുള്ള എല്ലാവരോടും 1. മിക്ക കോച്ചിംഗ് സെന്റർസ് ഉം ഇതിനെ മുതലെടുക്കുന്നുണ്ട് അത് തിരിച്ചറിയാൻ ഉദ്യോഗാർഥികൾക്ക് കഴിയണം. നിങ്ങൾ ഒരു ലിസ്റ്റിൽ വന്നാൽ അവർ വൻ സപ്പോർട്ട് ആയിരിക്കും അത് നിങ്ങളോടുള്ള സ്നേഹം കൊണ്ടൊന്നുമല്ല. മറിച്ചു അവരുടെ ചോറാണ് നിങ്ങൾ എന്ന ബോദ്യം അവർക്കുണ്ട്. ഒരു ലിസ്റ്റിൽ വരാൻ വലിയ ബുദ്ദിമുട്ടൊന്നുമില്ല മിക്ക എക്സാം കൾക്കും ചെറിയ cut off ആയിരിക്കും പക്ഷെ അത് വച്ച് ജോലി കിട്ടില്ല. അതുകൊണ്ട് പുതുതായി വരുന്നവർ നിങ്ങൾ ഏതെല്ലാം എക്സാം എഴുതുന്നുണ്ടോ ആ എക്സാം ന്റെ മുൻവർഷങ്ങളിൽ നടന്ന നിയമനങ്ങൾ അവർക്കു കിട്ടിയ മാർക്ക്‌ എന്നിവ ചെക് ചെയ്യണം എന്നിട്ട് നിങ്ങളുടെ പഠന നിലവാരം നോക്കി താല്പര്യം ഉണ്ടേൽ മാത്രം മുന്നിട്ട് പോകുക. വീട്ടുകാരും നാട്ടുകാരും support ആയിട്ടുവരും പക്ഷെ നമ്മുടെ കഴിവ് നമുക്ക് മാത്രമേ അറിയാൻ കഴിയു അത് നോക്കിയിട്ടുവേണം psc പഠനം തുടരാൻ 2. ഇനിയങ്ങോക്ക് psc പഠിക്കുന്നവർ side ജോബ് കൂടെ കരുതുന്നതാണ് നല്ലത് 3. മറ്റുള്ളവരുടെ നിർബന്ധത്തിന് വഴങ്ങി ഇതിൽ പെട്ടുപോകരുത്. സ്വയം വിലയിരുത്തുക തന്നാൽ കഴിയുന്നതാണെന്നു തോന്നുന്നു എങ്കിൽ മാത്രം തുടരുക 4.പലർക്കും പറ്റുന്ന ഒരു തെറ്റാണ് ലിസ്റ്റ് കാലാവധി നോക്കി പഠിക്കുന്നത് മിക്ക പോലീസ് ലിസ്റ്റ് 1വർഷം ആണ് കാലാവധി പക്ഷെ ലിസ്റ്റ് വന്ന് ജോലി കിട്ടാൻ തന്നെ 3 വർഷം അതും വളരെ കുറച്ചുപേർക്ക് അപ്പോൾ മറ്റുള്ളവരുടെ 3 വർഷം പോയിട്ടുണ്ടാകും..

Even if anyone starts a new business they call burshaw, and corporate etc. Apart from that, the corrupted govt.staffs also made kerala a hell for entrepreneurs. In Gujarat we could see industries almost everywhere. Its the hub of chemical industry in India. എന്റെ കൂടെ വർക്ക് ചെയ്തിരുന്ന ഫ്രണ്ട് ന്റെ കാര്യമാണ് ഇത് കേട്ടപ്പോള്‍ ഓര്‍ത്തുപോയി. ഗവണ്മെന്റ് ജോലിയെക്കാള്‍ സാലറി കൂടുതൽ ഉള്ള ജോലി ആയിരുന്നിട്ടും സർക്കാർ ജോലി കിട്ടാത്തതിന്റെ പേരില്‍ സുഹൃത്തിന്റെ മാതാപിതാക്കള്‍ സ്ഥിരമായി കുറ്റപ്പെടുത്തികൊണ്ടിരിക്കും.. അവനെ ചെറുപ്പം മുതൽ സർക്കാർ ജോലി കിട്ടുന്നതാണ് ഏറ്റവും വലിയ കാര്യം എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ് പഠിപ്പിച്ചിരുന്നത്. ഇപ്പോളും ഗവണ്മെന്റ് ജോലി കിട്ടാതെ അവനെ അംഗീകരിക്കാന്‍ അവർ തയ്യാറാവുന്നില്ല.ജീവിതത്തില്‍ ഒന്നും ആവാതെ പോയി എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞ് വളരെ കാലം depression പോലും ആയിരുന്നു ഈ സുഹൃത്ത്. സത്യത്തിൽ സർക്കാർ ജോലിയോടുള്ള obsession വീട്ടില്‍ നിന്നാണ് തുടങ്ങുന്നത്.

ഒരുപാട് online tutoring options ഇപ്പൊ ഉണ്ട്. മണിക്കൂറിന് 1000 ഒക്കെയാണ് payment. നമുക്ക് അറിയാത്തതുകൊണ്ടാണ്. വണ്ടിക്കൂലി ചിലവ് ഇല്ലാതെ വീട്ടിൽ ഒരു ലാപ്ടോപ്പും വൈഫൈ കണക്ഷനും ഉണ്ടെങ്കിൽ മാസത്തിൽ നാലു ദിവസം പണി എടുത്താലും ഒരു പ്രൈവറ്റ് കോളേജിൽ ഒരു മാസം പണിയെടുത്താൽ കിട്ടുന്ന അത്രേം income ഉണ്ടാക്കാൻ കഴിയും.

Jaiby പറഞ്ഞപോലെ . 10 മണിക്ക് പോയി 5 മണിക്ക് വരാം.. നല്ല ശമ്പളം.. പിന്നെ വയസ്സാൻകാലത് കിട്ടും എന്ന് പറയുന്ന പെൻഷൻ.. അത്രയും കാലം എല്ലാവരും ജീവിച്ചിരിക്കും എന്ന് എന്താ ഇത്ര ഉറപ്പ്.. ഉള്ള കാലത്ത് ഇഷ്ടമുള്ള ജോലി ചെയ്ത് ജീവിച്ചാൽ പോരെ..
സത്യം..ഞാനും psc ക്ക് വേണ്ടി കുറെ മെനക്കെട്ടതാ...വല്ലാത്തൊരു stressful period ആയിരുന്നു എനിക്കത്...എത്ര പഠിച്ചിട്ടും തൃപ്തി വരാതെ ഭക്ഷണവും ഉറക്കവും കളഞ്ഞ് ജീവിതം തന്നെ ആകെ ഒരു മടുപ്പായിരുന്നു..syllabus കൂടി മാറിയതോടെ നിരാശയായി...ഇപ്പോൾ pscക്ക് വേണ്ടി കഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട് പഠിക്കുന്ന പരിപാടി നിർത്തി..വല്ലപ്പോഴും എന്തെങ്കിലുമൊക്കെ പഠിക്കും എന്ന രീതിയിലേക്ക് മാറി..ഇപ്പോൾ നല്ല മനസമാധാനമുണ്ട്..😊
@@Gopika-dp5nz ഞാനും 3 വർഷം കഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട് പഠിച്ചു. 7 ലിസ്റ്റിൽ വന്നു. നല്ല പ്രതീക്ഷയുണ്ടായിരുന്നു. പക്ഷേ ജോലി കിട്ടിയില്ല. ഇപ്പോ സത്യത്തിൽ മടുത്തു. 32 age ആയി. ഇനി ഒരു Pvt Job കിട്ടുമോന്ന് അറിയില്ല. വല്ലാത്ത depression ആയിപ്പോകും. ഇതിലേക്ക് ഇറങ്ങി തിരിക്കുമ്പോൾ ആദ്യം നമ്മൾ ചെയ്യേണ്ടത് ഒരു കുട്ടിയോട് പോലും പറയരുത് PSC ക്ക് പഠിക്കുന്നുണ്ടെന്ന്. എങ്ങാനും പറഞ്ഞാൽ ഒരു സ്വസ്ഥതതയുമുണ്ടാവില്ല. ☹️
During my college days I never thought of joining psc coaching. After completing my studies I understood I had mere knowledge on current happenings in the world. I felt misfit in this competitive world. I decided to do upsc coaching as I always wanted to be a knowledgeable person. Unfortunately I couldn't understand the purpose of education till I reached 20s. To me learning is never a waste. But I don't believe in studying things byheart for the purpose of getting a job. I really feel happy when psc changed its pattern and became conceptual based. I don't fall for the security offered by government jobs. But I wholeheartedly wanted to be part of public administration. If that doesn't work surely I will settle down for a small scale business. I believe learning is a lifelong process which I will continue even when I become financially settled.

Most kids dont have any idea on what to choose after 10th.. so i think career guidance classes should be added as mandatory/ included in syllabus! So that they will get an idea on what they want

ഇവിടെ അദ്ധ്യാപകർക്ക് നല്ല ശമ്പളം കിട്ടാത്തതിന്റെ ഒരു കാരണം അവരുടെ demands അവതരിപ്പിക്കാൻ നല്ല unions ഇല്ല എന്നതും കൂടിയാണ്. നഴ്സുമാരുടെ ശമ്പളം ഒക്കെ nurses association വന്നതിൽ പിന്നെ ഒരു പരിധിവരെയെങ്കിലും കൂടിയിട്ടുണ്ട്. മാനേജ്മെന്റുകളെ ഭയപ്പെട്ടു നിന്നാൽ ശമ്പളം കിട്ടില്ല. പിന്നെ 15,000/- ഒക്കെ കടലാസിൽ മാത്രമേ ഉള്ളൂ. കൈയിൽ കിട്ടുന്നത് 6000/- ഒക്കെ മാത്രം.

ഞാനും ഇങ്ങനെ ആയിരുന്നു. ഇപ്പൊൾ ഞാൻ എൻ്റെ ഇഷ്ടപെട്ട പ്രൊഫഷൻ (അക്കൗണ്ടിംഗ്&ടക്സേഷൻ) ഫോളോ ചെയ്യുന്നു. വളരെ ഫ്ലെക്സിബിൾ ആയ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നതിൻ്റെ ഒപ്പം സ്വന്തമായി കുറച്ച് ക്ലൈൻ്റ്ഉം ഉണ്ട്. ആളുകൾ എന്ത് ചിന്തിക്കുന്നു എന്നത് എൻ്റെ വിഷയം അല്ല. പോരാത്തതിന് വർക് ഒക്കെ തീർത്ത് കിട്ടുന്ന ഫ്രീ ടൈമിൽ സ്റ്റോക്ക് മാർക്കറ്റ്ഉം നോക്കി ഇരിക്കും. എന്തിന് നമ്മൾ പണത്തിന് വേണ്ടി പണി എടുക്കണം. നമ്മളുടെ പണം നമുക്ക് വേണ്ടി പണി എടുക്കട്ടെ. അടിച്ച് പൊളിച്ച് ജീവിക്കുക. അതാണ് എൻ്റെ ജോലി.😊

I had been blamed almost every day for not showing interest in teaching career. I knew that I don't have skills for that and my interests were different. Sometimes we just need to strongly stand our ground. Nice content.
Same here.... My parents wanted to make me a teacher and forced me to take bsc . I have extreme stage fear and i dont even have the basic skill to be a teacher. I completed my bsc now. They then forced me to take b.ed, but i said I won't take it bcoz I can't be a teacher bcoz of my extreme stage fear. But now the problem is bsc is such a waste which gives you no skill. I just don't know what to do now? 😖😖
You can find something you really like to do. I can't say what but you can try to figure out where you want to be in future and work towards that goal. Just a suggestion. I'm absolutely sure that the answer lies within you.

Govt ജോലിയുടെ ആനുകൂല്യങ്ങൾ നിങ്ങൾക്ക് ശരിക്കും അറിയില്ല എന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു. എന്റെ പിതാവ് കേരളം സർക്കാർ ജീവനക്കാരൻ ആയിരുന്നു. ഒരു ലക്ഷം പ്രതിമാസ ശമ്പളവും. ഇപ്പോൾ 50000 രൂപ പെൻഷനും വാങ്ങുന്നു. പക്ഷേ യുവാക്കൾ ഇങ്ങനെ psc മാത്രം നോക്കി ഇരിക്കുന്നത് തോൽവി ആണ്. ജോലി കഴിഞ്ഞു വേണേൽ നോക്കാം. ഒരു കരിയർ ഉണ്ടാക്കാതെ ഇത് നോക്കി ഇരുന്നാൽ. അവസാനം ജോലിയും കിട്ടില്ല, ജീവിതം പാഴും ആകും. കേരളം വിട്ടാൽ ഇതിനേക്കാൾ വലിയ competition ആണ്.

നല്ല tight competition and syllabus tight ആയി ( scert + ncert ). UPSC level syllabusilek മാറുന്നു Kerala psc. General category ആണെങ്കിൽ top mark ഉണ്ടെങ്കിലേ job കിട്ടു. നല്ലൊരു base ഉണ്ടാക്കിയ ശേഷം വേറെ job ന്റെ കൂടെ നോക്കുന്നത് ആണ് നല്ലത്.

ജൈബി ചേട്ടാ... എയ്ഡഡ് കോളേജുകളിലെ അധ്യാപകരുടെ ജോലി യുടെ കാര്യം കൂടെ ഒന്ന് ചിന്തിച്ചു നോക്കു. കോളേജുകൾ എല്ലാം മതം അല്ലെങ്കിൽ ജാതി സമുദായങ്ങൾ ആണ് നടത്തുന്നത്. അവിടെ ഒരു ജോലി ലഭിക്കണം എങ്കിൽ അവരുടെ ജാതി ആവുകയും വേണം നല്ല donation കൊടുക്കുകയും വേണം. 40 ലക്ഷം വേണം എന്ന് കേൾക്കുന്നു (ഉറപ്പില്ല). അപ്പൊൾ ജോലിക്ക് കയറുന്നത് ജാതിയുടെ പിന്നെ പൈസയുടെ basis il ആണോ? അങ്ങനെ ഉളളവർ ആണോ ഇവിടുത്തെ കുട്ടികളെ പഠിപ്പിക്കേണ്ടത്? കഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട് പഠിച്ചു മാർക് വാങ്ങിയ PhD പോലും ഉള്ള ആളുകൾ പുറത്ത് നിൽക്കുമ്പോൾ ആണ് basic qualifications ഉളളവർ കയറുന്നത്. അതും ശമ്പളം കൊടുക്കുന്നത് ഗവൺമെൻ്റ് ആണെന്ന് ഓർക്കണം... എന്താണ് എല്ലാവർക്കും ഇതിനെപ്പറ്റി അഭിപ്രായം?
ഞാനും ഇതേ കമെന്റ് ഇടാൻ വന്നതാ.. സഹകരണ കോളേജുകളിൽ ആണെങ്കിൽ പാർട്ടി ഹോൾഡ് വേണം. പ്രൈവറ്റിൽ സാലറി വളരെ തുച്ഛമാണ്. NET qualified ആയ ആൾക്ക് മിനിമം സാലറി 25000 എങ്ങാനും കൊടുക്കണം എന്ന് കേട്ടു. അതുകൊണ്ട് private management NET ഇല്ലാത്തവർക്ക് ആണ് മുൻഗണന കൊടുക്കുന്നത്.

I can totally relate to that... I'm really interested to pursue my musical passion as a career, but in my current IT job, I'm not able to find time to do so... I'm looking to move away from this and start investing time in what I love doing, because IT just screws your head.
@@AkhilaChandran it’s about priorities. Mine was to find time and peace of mind to write, read, watch movies, cook, clean, lift weights, learn new skills (all kinds, useful and fancy), nutrition, skin care etc and not to worry about what turn should I take in my career every other day.
തങ്കൾ പറഞ്ഞതിൽ തന്നെ ഉണ്ട് . എന്ത് കൊണ്ട് ആളുകൾ ഗവൺമെന്റ് ജോലി വേണം എന്ന് വാശി പിടിക്കുന്നു എന്നതിന്റെ ഉത്തരം.. 75 ശതമാനം ശമ്പളത്തിനായി മാറ്റി വെക്കുന്നു. പെൻഷൻ . പക്ഷേ ആ സുരക്ഷിതത്തം. എപ്പോഴും ഉണ്ടാവണമെന്നില്ല. ചെറിയ ഒരു ശതമാനത്തിന് മാത്രമേ അത് കിട്ടു. ആളുകൾക്ക് ഒരു തരം അന്തമായ വിശ്വാസം ആണ് . കുറേശെ ആളുകൾ അത് തിരി ച്ചറിഞ്ഞ് തുടങ്ങി. അതുകൊണ്ട് . ഇപ്പോൾ വിദേശത്ത് പഠിച്ച് അവിടെ സ്ഥിരതാമസമാക്കുന്ന പ്രവണതയിലേക്കാണ് പോവുന്നത് അവസാനം ഇവിടെ ഗവൺമെന്റ് ജോലിക്കാരും രാഷ്ട്രീയക്കാരും . വ്രദ്ധരും മാത്രമേ ഉണ്ടാവൂ
I think one of the main reason people are after government job is that most of the private sector jobs are under paying, maybe it's cause of the surplus amount of educated youth we have which in turn a result of our huge population. I mean one can get a starting salary of 30000+/month for a 10 th level job in government sector, but I don't think most of the private sector jobs would be able to match that. And an another thing is that the level of competition in government exams are at new heights that it is so hard for an aspirant to have a full-time job and crack the exam at same time. And the part about being passionate and all. I mean, actually how many people out there are so passionate about something that they are willing to sacrifice a lot to reach there? And is that the only way to have a successful life? Maybe for some it's like that. But different people have different perspectives towards their life and what makes them happy. Not everyone wants to climb the mount everest, some people likes to be content, that's what I think.

ഡിഗ്രിക്ക് BCA എടുത്തത് , BCAയില്‍ കെമിസ്ട്രി ഇല്ലാത്തത് കൊണ്ടും ഡിഗ്രി ഉണ്ടേല്‍ PSC വഴി എന്തേലും ജോലി നേടാം എന്നും കരുതിയാണ് , എന്നാല്‍ ഡിഗ്രി 2nd ഇയര്‍ ആയപ്പോള്‍ ഗവ ജോലിയോട് ചെറിയ ഒരു താല്പര്യക്കുറവ് തോന്നി , കൂടാതെ പ്രോഗ്രാമിങ്ങിനോട് താല്‍പര്യവും ഉണ്ടായി . അങ്ങനെ ഞാന്‍ ഡിഗ്രി കഴിഞ്ഞു ഗവ ജോലി വേണ്ട എന്ന് തീരുമാനിച്ചു , ഡിഗ്രി കഴിഞ്ഞു IT കമ്പനീസില്‍ ഇന്റര്‍വ്യൂ അറ്റന്‍ഡ് ചെയ്യാന്‍ തുടങ്ങി , പക്ഷെ നിരാശ ആയിരുന്നു ഫലം , കൂടാതെ അത്യാവശ്യം നല്ല പോലെ പടിക്ക്കുന്നത് കൊണ്ട് വീട്ടുകാരും നാട്ടുകാരും ടീചെഴ്സും ഒക്കെ psc യുടെ കാര്യം പറഞ്ഞു ശല്യം തുടങ്ങി , വീട്ടുകാരുടെ വഴക്ക് ഒഴിവാക്കാന്‍ 2 പ്രാവശ്യം പടിചില്ലേലും പരീക്ഷ എഴുതാന്‍ പോവേണ്ടി വന്നു , പക്ഷെ 2 പ്രാവശ്യവും എന്റെ അലസത കൊണ്ട് പരീക്ഷ എഴുതാന്‍ പറ്റിയില്ല . IT കംപനീസിലെ ഇന്റര്‍വ്യൂ ക്രാക്ക് ചെയ്യാന്‍ പറ്റാതെ വന്നപ്പോള്‍ ഒരു കാര്യം മനസ്സിലായി , BCA യില്‍ പഠിച്ചത് മാത്രം പോര ജോലിക്കെന്നു , പിന്നെ ട്രെയിനിങ്ങും പ്ലെസ്മെന്റും നല്‍കുന്ന ട്രെയിനിംഗ് സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്‍ തപ്പി തപ്പി , അത് ബാംഗ്ലൂര്‍ എത്തി നിന്ന് , പക്ഷെ വീട്ടില്‍ നിന്ന് വല്ല്യ സപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് ഇല്ല , ഗവ ജോലി അല്ല , പിന്നെ നാട്ടിലും അല്ല ഇതായിരുന്നു കാരണം , ഡിഗ്രി കഴിഞ്ഞു പല ജോലികളും(മൈക്കാട് , സെയില്‍സ്മാന്‍) ഞാന്‍ ആ സമയത്ത് ചെയ്തു , ബാംഗ്ലൂര്‍ പോയി കോച്ചിങ്ങും മറ്റു ചിലവുകളുമായി 60000 രൂപയോളം വേണം , വീട്ടുകാര്‍ നോക്കട്ടെ ഒപ്പിച്ചു തരാം എന്നൊക്കെ പറഞ്ഞെങ്കിലും എനിക്ക് അത് അത്ര ഉറപ്പ് തോന്നിയില്ല , പിന്നെ ഞാന്‍ തന്നെ പൈസ ഒപ്പിക്കാനുള്ള ശ്രെമം ആയി അത് ചെന്നു അവസാനിച്ചത് ഞാന്‍ ഒരു മത്സ്യതൊഴിലാളി(കുലത്തൊഴില്‍) ആയിട്ടാണ് . അത് കൂടി ആയപ്പോള്‍ വീട്ടുകാര്‍ക്ക് ഏകദേശം ഉറപ്പായി ഞാന്‍ അവര്‍ ഉദ്ദേശിച്ച വഴിക്ക് പോകില്ലെന്ന് , അവസാനം ആ സീസന്‍ പണി കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോള്‍ ഞാന്‍ പണിക്കു പോയി ഉണ്ടാക്കിയതും(സ്ഥിരമായി വീട്ടില്‍ തന്നെ കൊടുക്കും) വീടില്‍ നിന്ന് തന്ന പൈസയും കൊണ്ട് ബാംഗ്ലൂര്‍ക്ക് പോയി , അവിടെ കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ അത്ര എളുപ്പം അല്ലായിരുന്നു , ഡിഗ്രി കഴിഞ്ഞിട് അപ്പോള്‍ 1 വര്ഷം കഴിഞ്ഞിരുന്നു(2019) . ഇപ്പൊള്‍ ടെക്നോപാര്‍ക്കില്‍ ഇതുവരെ ഞാന്‍ നേരിട്ട ഓഫിസുപോലും കണ്ടിട്ടില്ലാത്ത ഒരു കമ്പനിയില്‍ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നതിന്റെ ഇടക്കാണ് ഇത് ടൈപ്പ് ചെയ്യുന്നത്.
I agree it is not ideal to dedicate ur life only for govt jobs. A few points to note, 1)No Kerala doesn't have adequate number of opportunities. The state is one among the worst performing in ease of doing business in the country. General public still has this idea that business/industries are evil. 2) The reason for unemployment is not due to unskilled workers. The demand and supply of human resource is not on balance. We have high number of skilled/qualified working ppl but failed to create/facilitate jobs for them. A big chunk of working class is working out side the state and country. Our economy is in a big mess. Unfavourable economic conditions are a big factor that drives this govt job craze.

JBI you should realize the heavy anti capitalist party that is ruling Kerala . Most of the economic development in Kerala came from remittances from abroad like the Gulf countries which are heavily capitalistic . This rejection to capitalism is the main reason why Kerala is dying now when it comes to jobs. If the free market is encouraged in Kerala then we would have progressed just like Karnataka....just because there are so many skilled people in Kerala but there aren't enough jobs that are attractive for the current generation.
Goverment job വേണമെന്ന് ആഗ്രഹിക്കാൻ കാരണം , സാമ്പത്തിക ഭദ്രതയും,ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നതിന്റെ ഭരകുറവ്, ബോണസ്,ഒരുപാട് അവധികൾ,ലോൺ കിട്ടാൻ ഉള്ള എളുപ്പം,ജോലി പോകുമെന്ന പേടി വേണ്ട,മരിക്കുന്ന വരെ സുഖമായി ജീവിക്കാം.. ഒരു skilled pvt ജോലിക്ക് അത് കിട്ടില്ല.. നമ്മുടെ സ്‌കിൽ അവരുടെ പ്രതീക്ഷക്ക് ഒത്ത് വളർന്നിലെങ്കിൽ company നമ്മളെ പുറത്താക്കും. പ്രായം കൂടി വരുമ്പോ സ്‌കിൽ കാണിച്ച് ജീവിക്കാൻ ബുദ്ധിമുട്ടാണ്.
People don't know how to manage their finance and investment. Getting out of the job as fast as we could. That should be our ultimate aim. Invest money and create passive income source, then there is no need to work for a pension😂. I am planning to retire by 35.

The problem is that the private sector is still not offering the work life balance and benefits like government jobs. 90% of jobs in private sector is treating their employees without any respect. Not saying all private sector is like that. But still.. the thing is that our public sector and private sector job should be equal.. like equal pay and benefits and all.. most of the graduates are underpaid for sure. In my view this obsession will be gone when private sector employees also gets pay and benefits (atleast what they deserve)

After my plus two I really wanted to join journalism courses but I fell prey for the mainstream engineering. Yes it is true. But, it is worse in our state. In other states, there is some form of entrepreneur mindset and somewhat fine secondary sector(businesses, start-ups, small and large scale industries) compared to Kerala.

Psc ഇൽ വന്നിട്ട് 5 വർഷം കഴിഞ്ഞു എന്റെ അനുഭവം പറയാം 2017 ഇൽ ഡിപ്ലോമ കഴിഞ്ഞ് പോലീസ് എഴുതിയതാണ് ലിസ്റ്റിൽ വന്നു നാട്ടിൽ മുഴുവൻ പാട്ടായി. അതോടെ വരുന്നവരും പോന്നവരും എന്തിന് പരിചയം ഇല്ലാത്തവർ വരെ വന്ന് ചോദിക്കാൻ തുടങ്ങി ജോലി എപ്പോ കിട്ടുമെന്ന് അവസാനം main വന്നപ്പോൾ ലാസ്റ്റ് റാങ്ക് ആയതിനാൽ ജോലി കിട്ടിയില്ല
അതിനുശേഷം psc യിൽ വീട്ടുകാർ പറഞ്ഞത് പ്രകാരം തുടർന്നു പെട്ടുപോയി.feb plus two main എഴുതുന്നതോടെ ഞാൻ psc യോട് വിടപറയുന്നു ഇനിയും ഇതിൽ നിന്നാൽ ജീവിതം തീരും ഇനി psc യിലേക്ക് വരുന്നവർക്കുള്ള എല്ലാവരോടും
1. മിക്ക കോച്ചിംഗ് സെന്റർസ് ഉം ഇതിനെ മുതലെടുക്കുന്നുണ്ട് അത് തിരിച്ചറിയാൻ ഉദ്യോഗാർഥികൾക്ക് കഴിയണം. നിങ്ങൾ ഒരു ലിസ്റ്റിൽ വന്നാൽ അവർ വൻ സപ്പോർട്ട് ആയിരിക്കും അത് നിങ്ങളോടുള്ള സ്നേഹം കൊണ്ടൊന്നുമല്ല. മറിച്ചു അവരുടെ ചോറാണ് നിങ്ങൾ എന്ന ബോദ്യം അവർക്കുണ്ട്. ഒരു ലിസ്റ്റിൽ വരാൻ വലിയ ബുദ്ദിമുട്ടൊന്നുമില്ല മിക്ക എക്സാം കൾക്കും ചെറിയ cut off ആയിരിക്കും പക്ഷെ അത് വച്ച് ജോലി കിട്ടില്ല. അതുകൊണ്ട് പുതുതായി വരുന്നവർ നിങ്ങൾ ഏതെല്ലാം എക്സാം എഴുതുന്നുണ്ടോ ആ എക്സാം ന്റെ മുൻവർഷങ്ങളിൽ നടന്ന നിയമനങ്ങൾ അവർക്കു കിട്ടിയ മാർക്ക്‌ എന്നിവ ചെക് ചെയ്യണം എന്നിട്ട് നിങ്ങളുടെ പഠന നിലവാരം നോക്കി താല്പര്യം ഉണ്ടേൽ മാത്രം മുന്നിട്ട് പോകുക. വീട്ടുകാരും നാട്ടുകാരും support ആയിട്ടുവരും പക്ഷെ നമ്മുടെ കഴിവ് നമുക്ക് മാത്രമേ അറിയാൻ കഴിയു അത് നോക്കിയിട്ടുവേണം psc പഠനം തുടരാൻ

Even if anyone starts a new business they call burshaw, and corporate etc. Apart from that, the corrupted govt.staffs also made kerala a hell for entrepreneurs.
In Gujarat we could see industries almost everywhere. Its the hub of chemical industry in India. Some of my gujarati friends told in there most people prefer private jobs bcoz it offers better career growth.

I wasted my golden 4 years of life just because of my family's govt job obsession. I fell into depression and I felt like I am useless. After each exams i felt like to commit suicide. But corona opened my eyes. I fought with my parents and asked for some money. Now I am moving to Canada.... I know it will be hard for me there but i will be Happy. All the best for others

ഞാൻ plus2 കഴിഞ്ഞു ഇറങ്ങിയപ്പോൾ എന്തു ചെയ്യണം എന്ന് എനിക്കൊരു പിടിയും ഇല്ലായിരുന്നു.അന്നത്തെ കാലത്തെ ട്രെൻഡ് ആനിമേഷൻ കോഴ്സുകൾ ആയിരുന്നു.ഒട്ടും നിലവാരം ഇല്ലാത്ത ഒരു സ്ഥാപനത്തിൽ ചെന്നു പെട്ടു കുറെ കാശ് പോയി.എല്ലാം മതിയാക്കി ഞാൻ നാട്ടിൽ വുഡ് പോളിഷ് ജോലി പഠിക്കാൻ പോയി 3..4 മാസം കൊണ്ട് എനിക്ക് ആ ജോലിയിൽ നല്ല സാലറി കിട്ടി തുടങ്ങി.ജീവിതം ഹാപ്പി ആയിരുന്നു.വുഡ് ഗ്രൈൻസ് വരക്കാൻ കൂടി പടിച്ചതോടെ ധരാളം അവസരങ്ങൾ ആ മേഖലയിൽ നിന്ന് കിട്ടി.....കല്യാണം ആലോചനകൾ വന്നപ്പോൾ ആണ് govt ജോലിക്ക് ഈ നാട് നൽകുന്ന വലിയ വില അനുഭവിച്ചറിഞ്ഞത്....പെണ്ണ് കാണാൻ പോവുന്ന വീട് ഒരു ഇടത്തരക്കരുടെ ആവും...പെണ്ണ് ഡിഗ്രീ പഠിക്കുന്നതും ആവും...പെണ്ണിന്റെ അച്ചൻ പറയും ഞങ്ങൾക്ക് ഒരു govt ജോലിക്കാരനെ ആണ് ഉദ്ദേശം...പകുതി കുടിച്ച ചായ അവിടെ വെച്ചു ഇറങ്ങി പോരേണ്ടി വന്നിട്ടുണ്ട്.എത്രയോ വീടുകളിൽ നിന്ന് ഇതുപോലെ govt ജോബ് ഇല്ലാത്ത കാരണം പെണ്ണില്ല എന്നു പറയാതെ പറഞ്ഞു ഇറക്കി വിട്ട വീട്ടുകാർ.കൂടെ ഉള്ളവർ പലരും പോലീസ് ലിസ്റ്റിൽ കേറി ജോലിക്ക് പോവുന്നത് കണ്ട വീട്ടുകാരുടെ വേവലാതികൾ വേറെ.....ഞാനും അവസാനം psc എന്ന ആ മായാ വലയത്തിൽ പെട്ടു പോയി....അതിനിടയിൽ ഒരു പ്രണയം സംഭവിക്കുകയും ആ പെണ്കുട്ടിയെ തന്നെ കല്യാണം കഴിക്കാൻ സാധിക്കുകയും ഉണ്ടായി....ഇന്നും ഞാൻ ആ ജോലി ചെയ്തു ആണ് ജീവിതം സുന്ദരമായി മുന്നോട്ടു കൊണ്ടു പോവുന്നെ.....ഒരു കുഴപ്പവും ഇല്ല.....പിന്നെ എന്റെ ജോലി സമയം കഴിഞ്ഞുള്ള സമയത്തു വായിച്ചു കൂട്ടിയ അറിവ് വെച്ചു എഴുതിയ exam cut ഓഫ് കടക്കുകയും ....പ്രദീക്ഷിച്ച ഒഴിവുകൾ ഉണ്ടാവുകയും സർക്കാരിന് പെട്ടന്ന് നിയമനം നടത്തണം എന്നു തോന്നുകയും ചെയ്താൽ 2022 തീരുമ്പോഴേക്കും ഞാനും ഒരു സർക്കാർ ജോലിക്കാരൻ ആയേക്കും....ഒരു കാര്യം കൂടി പറഞ്ഞു നിർത്തട്ടെ. psc യും നല്ല മാറ്റത്തിന്റെ പാതയിൽ ആണ്.പണ്ടത്തെ പോലെ കുറെ GK മാത്രം പടിച്ചു പോയി റാങ്ക് ലിസ്റ്റിൽ കേറി ജോലി വാങ്ങിയ കാലം ഒക്കെ പോയി.psc ചെയർമാൻ തന്നെ ഈ അടുത്തു പറയുക ഉണ്ടായി ഒഴിവുകൾക്കു അനുസരിച്ചുള്ള നിയമനം മാത്രമേ നടക്കുകയുള്ളൂ....അതു മാത്രമല്ല വലിയ ലിസ്റ്റുകൾ ഇനി പ്രദീക്ഷിക്കേണ്ട എന്നും.psc ക്കു ശ്രമിക്കുന്നത് തെറ്റല്ല...പക്ഷെ ജീവിതം ഉഴിഞ്ഞു വെക്കുന്നത് മണ്ടത്തരം ആണ്.ഒരു ജോലി ചെയ്തു കൊണ്ട് നിങ്ങൾക്ക് പഠിക്കാൻ സാധിച്ചാൽ അതായിരിക്കും നല്ലതു

സത്യം..ഞാനും psc ക്ക് വേണ്ടി കുറെ മെനക്കെട്ടതാ...വല്ലാത്തൊരു stressful period ആയിരുന്നു എനിക്കത്...എത്ര പഠിച്ചിട്ടും തൃപ്തി വരാതെ ഭക്ഷണവും ഉറക്കവും കളഞ്ഞ് ജീവിതം തന്നെ ആകെ ഒരു മടുപ്പായിരുന്നു..syllabus കൂടി മാറിയതോടെ നിരാശയായി...ഇപ്പോൾ pscക്ക് വേണ്ടി കഷ്ടപ്പെട്ട് പഠിക്കുന്ന പരിപാടി നിർത്തി..വല്ലപ്പോഴും എന്തെങ്കിലുമൊക്കെ പഠിക്കും എന്ന രീതിയിലേക്ക് മാറി..ഇപ്പോൾ നല്ല മനസമാധാനമുണ്ട്..😊

During my college days I never thought of joining psc coaching. After completing my studies I understood I had mere knowledge on current happenings in the world. I felt misfit in this competitive world. I decided to do upsc coaching as I always wanted to be a knowledgeable person. Unfortunately I couldn't understand the purpose of education till I reached 20s. To me learning is never a waste. But I don't believe in studying things byheart for the purpose of getting a job. I really feel happy when psc changed its pattern and became conceptual based. I don't fall for the security offered by government jobs. But I wholeheartedly wanted to be part of public administration. If that doesn't work surely I will settle down for a small scale business. I believe learning is a lifelong process which I will continue even when I become financially settled.

Same here.... My parents wanted to make me a teacher and forced me to take bsc . I have extreme stage fear and i dont even have the basic skill to be a teacher. I completed my bsc now. They then forced me to take b.ed, but i said I won't take it bcoz I can't be a teacher bcoz of my extreme stage fear. But now the problem is bsc is such a waste which gives you no skill. പക്ഷേ യുവാക്കൾ ഇങ്ങനെ psc മാത്രം നോക്കി ഇരിക്കുന്നത് തോൽവി ആണ്. ജോലി കഴിഞ്ഞു വേണേൽ നോക്കാം. ഒരു കരിയർ ഉണ്ടാക്കാതെ ഇത് നോക്കി ഇരുന്നാൽ. അവസാനം ജോലിയും കിട്ടില്ല, ജീവിതം പാഴും ആകും. കേരളം വിട്ടാൽ ഇതിനേക്കാൾ വലിയ competition ആണ്.

I can totally relate to that... I'm really interested to pursue my musical passion as a career, but in my current IT job, I'm not able to find time to do so... I'm looking to move away from this and start investing time in what I love doing, because IT just screws your head.

I think one of the main reason people are after government job is that most of the private sector jobs are under paying, maybe it's cause of the surplus amount of educated youth we have which in turn a result of our huge population.
I mean one can get a starting salary of 30000+/month for a 10 th level job in government sector, but I don't think most of the private sector jobs would be able to match that.
And an another thing is that the level of competition in government exams are at new heights that it is so hard for an aspirant to have a full-time job and crack the exam at same time.
And the part about being passionate and all. I mean, actually how many people out there are so passionate about something that they are willing to sacrifice a lot to reach there?
And is that the only way to have a successful life?
Maybe for some it's like that. But different people have different perspectives towards their life and what makes them happy. Not everyone wants to climb the mount everest, some people likes to be content, that's what I think.

ഡിഗ്രിക്ക് BCA എടുത്തത് , BCAയില്‍ കെമിസ്ട്രി ഇല്ലാത്തത് കൊണ്ടും ഡിഗ്രി ഉണ്ടേല്‍ PSC വഴി എന്തേലും ജോലി നേടാം എന്നും കരുതിയാണ് , എന്നാല്‍ ഡിഗ്രി 2nd ഇയര്‍ ആയപ്പോള്‍ ഗവ ജോലിയോട് ചെറിയ ഒരു താല്പര്യക്കുറവ് തോന്നി , കൂടാതെ പ്രോഗ്രാമിങ്ങിനോട് താല്‍പര്യവും ഉണ്ടായി . അങ്ങനെ ഞാന്‍ ഡിഗ്രി കഴിഞ്ഞു ഗവ ജോലി വേണ്ട എന്ന് തീരുമാനിച്ചു , ഡിഗ്രി കഴിഞ്ഞു IT കമ്പനീസില്‍ ഇന്റര്‍വ്യൂ അറ്റന്‍ഡ് ചെയ്യാന്‍ തുടങ്ങി , പക്ഷെ നിരാശ ആയിരുന്നു ഫലം , കൂടാതെ അത്യാവശ്യം നല്ല പോലെ പടിക്ക്കുന്നത് കൊണ്ട് വീട്ടുകാരും നാട്ടുകാരും ടീചെഴ്സും ഒക്കെ psc യുടെ കാര്യം പറഞ്ഞു ശല്യം തുടങ്ങി , വീട്ടുകാരുടെ വഴക്ക് ഒഴിവാക്കാന്‍ 2 പ്രാവശ്യം പടിചില്ലേലും പരീക്ഷ എഴുതാന്‍ പോവേണ്ടി വന്നു , പക്ഷെ 2 പ്രാവശ്യവും എന്റെ അലസത കൊണ്ട് പരീക്ഷ എഴുതാന്‍ പറ്റിയില്ല .
IT കംപനീസിലെ ഇന്റര്‍വ്യൂ ക്രാക്ക് ചെയ്യാന്‍ പറ്റാതെ വന്നപ്പോള്‍ ഒരു കാര്യം മനസ്സിലായി , BCA യില്‍ പഠിച്ചത് മാത്രം പോര ജോലിക്കെന്നു , പിന്നെ ട്രെയിനിങ്ങും പ്ലെസ്മെന്റും നല്‍കുന്ന ട്രെയിനിംഗ് സ്ഥാപനങ്ങള്‍ തപ്പി തപ്പി , അത് ബാംഗ്ലൂര്‍ എത്തി നിന്ന് , പക്ഷെ വീട്ടില്‍ നിന്ന് വല്ല്യ സപ്പോര്‍ട്ട് ഇല്ല , ഗവ ജോലി അല്ല , പിന്നെ നാട്ടിലും അല്ല ഇതായിരുന്നു കാരണം , ഡിഗ്രി കഴിഞ്ഞു പല ജോലികളും(മൈക്കാട് , സെയില്‍സ്മാന്‍) ഞാന്‍ ആ സമയത്ത് ചെയ്തു , ബാംഗ്ലൂര്‍ പോയി കോച്ചിങ്ങും മറ്റു ചിലവുകളുമായി 60000 രൂപയോളം വേണം , വീട്ടുകാര്‍ നോക്കട്ടെ ഒപ്പിച്ചു തരാം എന്നൊക്കെ പറഞ്ഞെങ്കിലും എനിക്ക് അത് അത്ര ഉറപ്പ് തോന്നിയില്ല , പിന്നെ ഞാന്‍ തന്നെ പൈസ ഒപ്പിക്കാനുള്ള ശ്രെമം ആയി അത് ചെന്നു അവസാനിച്ചത് ഞാന്‍ ഒരു മത്സ്യതൊഴിലാളി(കുലത്തൊഴില്‍) ആയിട്ടാണ് . അത് കൂടി ആയപ്പോള്‍ വീട്ടുകാര്‍ക്ക് ഏകദേശം ഉറപ്പായി ഞാന്‍ അവര്‍ ഉദ്ദേശിച്ച വഴിക്ക് പോകില്ലെന്ന് , അവസാനം ആ സീസന്‍ പണി കഴിഞ്ഞപ്പോള്‍ ഞാന്‍ പണിക്കു പോയി ഉണ്ടാക്കിയതും(സ്ഥിരമായി വീട്ടില്‍ തന്നെ കൊടുക്കും) വീടില്‍ നിന്ന്
തന്ന പൈസയും കൊണ്ട് ബാംഗ്ലൂര്‍ക്ക് പോയി , അവിടെ കാര്യങ്ങള്‍ അത്ര എളുപ്പം അല്ലായിരുന്നു , ഡിഗ്രി കഴിഞ്ഞിട് അപ്പോള്‍ 1 വര്ഷം കഴിഞ്ഞിരുന്നു(2019) .
ഇപ്പൊള്‍ ടെക്നോപാര്‍ക്കില്‍ ഇതുവരെ ഞാന്‍ നേരിട്ട ഓഫിസുപോലും കണ്ടിട്ടില്ലാത്ത ഒരു കമ്പനിയില്‍ ജോലി ചെയ്യുന്നതിന്റെ ഇടക്കാണ് ഇത് ടൈപ്പ് ചെയ്യുന്നത്.

I agree it is not ideal to dedicate ur life only for govt jobs.
A few points to note,
1)No Kerala doesn't have adequate number of opportunities. The state is one among the worst performing in ease of doing business in the country. General public still has this idea that business/industries are evil.
2) The reason for unemployment is not due to unskilled workers. The demand and supply of human resource is not on balance. We have high number of skilled/qualified working ppl but failed to create/facilitate jobs for them. A big chunk of working class is working out side the state and country. Our economy is in a big mess. Unfavourable economic conditions are a big factor that drives this govt job craze.
Without the Gulf, Kerala would have been another Waste Bengal

To be honest, I've been thinking about speaking up about my experiences since childhood with people like these and other strange experiences through a YT channel or blog post. Or even a confession page just to see how many have had similar events in life.

JBI you should realize the heavy anti capitalist party that is ruling Kerala . Most of the economic development in Kerala came from remittances from abroad like the Gulf countries which are heavily capitalistic . This rejection to capitalism is the main reason why Kerala is dying now when it comes to jobs. If the free market is encouraged in Kerala then we would have progressed just like Karnataka....just because there are so many skilled people in Kerala but there aren't enough jobs that are attractive for the current generation.

People don't know how to manage their finance and investment. Getting out of the job as fast as we could. That should be our ultimate aim. Invest money and create passive income source, then there is no need to work for a pension😂. I am planning to retire by 35.

ഗവണ്മെന്റ് ജോലിക്ക് ശ്രമിക്കുന്നതിൽ തെറ്റ് ഒന്നും ഇല്ല.. പക്ഷെ നമ്മുട നിലവാരം കൂടി കണക്കിൽ എടുത്തു വേണം ശ്രമിക്കൻ. ഒരു ആറു മാസം പഠിച്ചിട്ട് ഒരു പരീക്ഷ എഴുതുംപോൾ തന്നെ നമുക്ക് മനസ്സിലാകും ഇത് നമുക്ക് പറ്റുമോ ഇല്ലയോ എന്ന്.. അവിടുന്ന് തീരുമാനിക്കണം തുടരണോ വേണ്ടയോ എന്ന്. ഏറ്റവും കൂടുതൽ നിയമനം നടക്കുന്നത് Lgs/Ld clerk jobs നു ആണ്... പക്ഷെ ld ക്കു ഒക്കെ അപേക്ഷിക്കുന്നതോ 16ലക്ഷം പേര് ഒക്കെ ആണ്.. ഒഴിവ് ഒരു 10k ഒക്കെ ആകും ഉണ്ടാവുക.

The problem is that the private sector is still not offering the work life balance and benefits like government jobs. 90% of jobs in private sector is treating their employees without any respect. Not saying all private sector is like that. But still.. the thing is that our public sector and private sector job should be equal.. like equal pay and benefits and all.. most of the graduates are underpaid for sure. In my view this obsession will be gone when private sector employees also gets pay and benefits (atleast what they deserve)

After my plus two I really wanted to join journalism courses but I fell prey for the mainstream engineering. Yes it is true. But, it is worse in our state. In other states, there is some form of entrepreneur mindset and somewhat fine secondary sector(businesses, start-ups, small and large scale industries) compared to Kerala.
