SFBT focuses on the strengths, resources and resilience of the clients. It also is a very linguistic approach. Language creates reality. Presupposition is a powerful way of practicing SFT presuming or presupposing the clients strengths in the past, present and future. Its the presumption that clients have, are and will continue to be the version that helps them achieve their desired outcome.
Bio
Vinay is a passionate counselor and SFT Practitioner. He has been seeing clients with varying problems for 5+ years successfully using SFBT. Vinay runs his private practice, Happy Minds Cafe in Chennai, India providing counseling and training services.
