    REAL TALK: Do you think most people are too lazy and therefore they’re broke or are they just uneducated about how money works?

    • @SizweMajola
      @SizweMajola 2 года назад +11

      Concept of money is not what most of us know it to be . . .

    • @projectterranova
      @projectterranova 2 года назад +17

      I think it's a combination of both. To share from from my own experience, I certainly wasn't taught much of anything related to money and whatever little I did my "ADHD" brain wouldn't stick to any serious studies, was more focusd on escaping from a rather chaotic, poverty-minded home and other insanities. The laziness was predominantly rooted, for me at least, in the escapism, which became a deeply entrenched habit that only dug deeper as I faced some pretty profound challenges and got super depressed bordering on suicidal, and it's impossible to be abundantly minded and hustle to be financially free when in such a low vibe all the time. When I got healthier in mind, body, spirit, healing my trauma and raising my vibe, that's when the clouds started to part and now here I am serious and obsessed about becoming a millionaire.

    • @konnorkearney8660
      @konnorkearney8660 2 года назад +6

      I believe a mixture of both. Most kids who grew up poor, their role models werent probably lazy but most likely very uneducated. And so they see the struggle and get in a mindset of either settling for that life = laziness to learn. Or see that as an opportunity to become better.

    • @christopherkaine730

      Most people I know are definitely not lazy but shockingly uneducated about money.

    Dang Bedros this came just in time. I'm 40 in March, but I made a career change 8 years ago, but I was in financial issues until I landed my first 6 figure job in 2020...lasted a month lol unemployed until 2021, I now have my dream job, and facing my 4th promotion in a leadership position making 6 figures and fixing my entire life for my kids. 2 years renting, just bought a home, thinking and working for them. Next is to tithe more, save more, invest more, and live practical as a single dad of 3. The Lord has been good.

    Dear Bedros you just showed up in my life in a perfect moment. I’m 39 yo, few weeks back I had huge fucking panic attack, couple weeks later diagnosed with severe depression. Everything is sorry was so fucked up, every aspect of my life that I fell to the bottom of the garbage can. Figure out source thanks to my therapist but since I started listen to your show I started stacking small W. Glass of water, short work out before I leave to work, trying hard to get out of the bed right after alarm rings but I made huge progress cutting snooze to 10-15 minutes saying thank you for the things I have and achieved. I’m also 1st generation emigrant from Poland, became citizen in 2016 started American dream with little money that my father had, we rented studio, got a tv from ally and used mattress, no English. I found my self in shit hole but Im beginning my new journey and getting back my life thanks to Your clear message. God bless You Bedros!

    Providing for my parents was my driving force to do well in life. They were able to take care of themselves but I wanted to be there if needed. Both of them have since passed on and I felt very lost on my purpose. I realized recently that I need to be there for my brother and sister even though we’re close in age. It’s not about family only but more importantly preparing for the worst.

    Highly enjoyable lesson. Thanks...!!! Great work as always....👍🏿
    I would recommend though, that you and your siblings spend time and take turns at ground zero caring for your parents. Once a month, for the next six months. Why? Number one is the obligation to do so. It is hard, uncomfortable and at times heartbreaking. But it is a task that shows your love and devotion to them like no other form of care can bring about. Secondly, it gives you an inside, deep look at what your parents needs are there at ground zero. Taking personal care of your parents will enable you to know what good care should look like. Because you have done it. And when it's your time to be cared for, by your family, you will be able to tell them what to do for you. Just because you lived through it with your parents. I was directly, and personally involved in the care of both parents for a combined total of six years. It took me and my siblings to unimaginable levels of love and compassion. Connecting us Spiritually and emotionally in the same way men are bonded in war.

When I was near spiritual enligtenment I ran out of money and was forced to going back to the matrix to work for more money. It was painful. Now i've lost the progress that I had and I'm another normie worker trying to build wealth.

    When I came to the USA, I was 25 and didn’t speak English at all. Now I’m 29 and still learning, it makes me crazy sometimes but this is why I started making RUclips videos just to have a reason to talk. I run a small video production and we work with locals which is great so I don’t need to speak in Russian too much (I’m from Moscow). Im sure that the future is bright and I’m gonna be a successful wealthy person but jeeez I fell so tired and weak now. Just came back to LA from Miami, and had $25 on my bank account when I rented a room after I lived in the hostel. No car because it’s dead after my trip from South Florida but it’s kind of adventure for me. I go to the gym, I eat healthy food and fynally started reading again so the only thing that I’m worried about is money. It still getting a bit hard for me to make good money. My maximum was 6-7k per month making music videos but my business like a sea wave. So I’m looking for something in side as well as my personal brand. Thank you for your video! Let’s keep working and be men 💪

    Life is tough but you can overcome anything with the right frame of mind. I have loss , money , friends and even myself. The best thing Ive earned in life is a piece of mind. Everyone is given examples on how to live but none of them is a must. One thing that is important is being accountable for your situation. Good or Bad , Happy or sad, poor or rich because real wealth comes for within.. No matter the amount of money you obtain it's be as useful at the person controlling the account. It's good to have a beginning and end goal. Everything in life is temporary including life itself. I come to find from experience there is no problem in wanting nice things but if those material thing are being substituted from more meaningful goals then you should reconsider the importance of that object. For example if you have money but you don't have the education to back up your wealth then it will become fools gold. Controlling you desires is sometime more important then feeding them.

    Just a suggestion for everyone with older parents. Nursing homes may not sound like a good choice but, sometimes, the nurses there are better equipped to care for your parents (they have both training and equipment). BUT it also means that you have to visit your parents regularly and often to make up for the emotional cost to your parents. A balance is needed.

    With regards to what is said at 18:52 coming up with an idea is very difficult because there are a billion other thinkers out there trying to come up with new stuff and most of it has already been thought of. The best thing for people to do is focus on what already exists and improve on it. New inventions tend to flop hard. Put your time and effort into improving whats already there. You will have a better chance of making something of it. Not many of us will have that once in a lifetime idea that nobody else has thought of, that will make us rich. Hell you may be at similar odds as doing the lottery. The most important message that needs to be spread is ACT ON IT NOW. No matter what it is, those who act and grind hard are the ones that take the bread home. There is no such thing as a passive income or a get rich quick. It all takes an incredible amount of effort and dedication. Dont let anyone fool you into anything else. An idea is worthless without massive action to back it up.

    I like the advice you're giving Bed, money is the answer to alot of things. I do disagree with you on what you thought you're situation with your parents., Definitely had first world problems not third world problems. This is not me disregarding your struggle although this is waht 3rd world problems are. We don't even have cars, yet alone money for can so you gotta walk to where you're going. Tao water ain't even a thing, you gotta walk 6 miles just to go collect dirty water just to boil it ro not het sick but guess what, you have to start a fire to even boil it because there's no power or electricity. That was my upbringing. We're way better off now even though we still can't afford a car or barely cab money. Big uos to for being transparent and gilly with us. I appreciate it🙏🏿

      @@loretagurakuqi6950 little, not at all. After carefully watching my portfolio’s performance, which has generated a staggering $473k in only the last two quarters, I now understand how experienced traders can generate such high returns from a market that to novices appears to provide little opportunity for profit. I have to admit that this was my most boldest decision/choice in recent times.

    I was nearly triggered by 3rd World analogy - because . . . I'm in a 3rd World.
    But then said "Hang On" why am allowing a situation that I have already conquered (by being a Web/App DEV guy). What dawned on me is that as much as I'm in an urban setting (within a messed up, but beautiful country - South Africa). I will not subject myself nor feel insulted by the fact I'm in a 3rd world (that I can't change).
    But the mindset & the kind of work I do can't be characterised as 3rd World . . . I refuse to be confined by a geographical / country status.
    What a wake up call!
