Sir, paraquat or its coformulation might be corrosive,shoul we go for gastric lavage. Putting ryles tube might perforate oesophagus ? kindly put light on this aspect. Thank you Sir.

This was about 17 days ago and I just now thought It might have been from paraquat. I feel better now but still have some nasal and chest congestion. Thanks
My husband used to carry a drum of paraquat each day into the kitchen before he went to work and take it away when he came home visitors would remark of the smell my children were little ones one a baby they all inhaled this

Sir, Can we give Solumedrol 1gm for 3 days instead of dexamethasone.
Pulse dose MP is not needed, 1mg/kg dose can be tried for anti-inflammatory effect as an alternative to Dexamethasone
