We spoke to Kate Griffiths, Sports Rehab for the Women's 1st Team, in the run up to the last #InternationalWomensDay as she went into the similarities and differences between sports rehabilitation and physiotherapy. Kate's now gone to study for a masters - here she explains how physiotherapy and rehabilitation can be a great entry into working in sports for those interested in a non-playing pathway.
#AWomansPlace is a campaign launched by the club to combat misogynistic attitudes towards women in the sport and to promote the varying roles women do within football in order to inspire the next generation of young girls.
