@@yashendrakumar7276 I've seen a lot of people in corporate jobs and almost all of them are miserable as hell. They all sound like they're working their ass off for lowest salaries 🥲.
Even more her answers are pretty stupid. There is no one shot answer for any interview. And no HR is sitting calculating your commute time 😂😂😂 He will only see if you got into the office on time or not. They don’t care you live near or far or in another city. They don’t care you come by train bus or by flying like superman. My office in BKC was 15-20 minutes from my house in Sion. And another colleagues lived 10 minutes away in Kurla! He literally used to walk or cycle to office. Rest everybody used to travel 1-2 hours to come to office. Yet me and that other colleague were the last ones to enter the office space eveyday😂😂😂
HR questions has very less weightage in actual professional life. Yes for beginners/freshers it do matters but as your experience grows rarely anyone asks these questions. Please work on core skills and soft skills, if you are good candidate you will rarely be rejected on HR round basis, also, if you give these long answers the employer may never hire you. Keep it simple and say that it won't be an issue as you have managed in the past, else I have carpool friends who come to this area daily and that is why you applied for this position, once you say you are aware and you are okay most of the companies wont care. But this will not work if its too far in which case you are not going to apply in first place, except you have plan to move around the office.
Seems pretty shit that hr can ask a question and think that an answer of 2-3 sentences is too long. Are they toddlers to have such a short attention span? If you have a question ignore the length of the answer unless it affects the interview timing.
Distance doesn't matter. Sincerity does. In my company, the only employee who ALWAYS reaches before time and is never late, is also the ONLY employee who stays 30km away and changes 3 modes of transport to reach office.
1) If they say you are rejected, you might harass them truing to understand why, or to give a chance 2) Usually a single person rejecting isn't necessarily a total rejection. They might still accept if everyone else accepts.
I live far from my work place I travel 72 km one way every day that’s around 2.5 hrs travel one way. I been doing it for almost 3 years now. I have gone crazy things to do it too. I wake up at 4 am to get 5:59 am service to work 3 days a week so that I reach 8:26 am for a 9 am start at work. I’m always punctual. I have even stayed up whole night so that I don’t miss out the train. One of my managers was too impressed by me and said “you are one of the last ones to leave and first ones in in the morning. You also live far away from work”.

Nah...not robots but slaves who can work for 70 hours a week
Me: it's my headache not yours🗿
😂😂😂😂😂😂
The way mam said, okay I will get back to you. Exactly similar to how HR's used to say this line 😂
😊
I am a first year student and the more I watch her videos the less I want to work 9 to 5. I hope I will never be miserable enough to work like this.
Trust me mostly Aisa kuch nahi poocha jaata, yeh likhe likhaye googled questions hain jinka reality se bahut kam lena dena hai....

Don't worry, if you get to work with good people, it will be a great experience.

Gauge is pronounced as Gayj
Always focus on your answering power never on work 😂

good night. Love it,nice ~ so long- )
Ask ppl here in Bangalore 😂😂
If a company doesn't have flexible working hrs ... Stay away
Flexible timing can be a option as well. Instead of coming sharp at 9.00 am.
ma'am , i prefer WFH. Kindly change your office schedule.
My guess is professionalism, idk how it’s professional but that’s my guess
Abe yar...har chiz me kahani sunana jruri nhi hai 😂😂 HR hardly asks this question. Almost every office now has cab services available.
Informative 😊
I look for remote and hybrid optuons😂😂😂
Biggest lie is I will get back to you.
Why do the HR person tell lie instead of giving straight answer that you are rejected 🤔???

@@rg10293 candidate will also harash if he/she don't get call after months.there is no logic that the candidate will harash.
Just in case they need you later they can connect back
Yahi hota hai itni meethi meethi bolne se selection hoga na k talent pe😂😂😂
Or just say you will move closer to work that will do the trick.😁
To avoid this i jusy dont put my address in my resume. If they ask where i live i tell them the name of the nearest believable suburb.
Konse Robot ko rakh liya company mein😂😂
This is true
When i said i am moving nearby the office then i got the job
Funny!
This is only in India. In US managers cant ask this question
Please pronounce ‘gauge’ correctly as your informative videos are all informative and teach communication skills as well.
What you mean by i will drive to work in my car
How can I improve communication skills?
My sister said i have a reliable domestic help in my house. So i can stay .
Ok dont get back
This question asked to ‘gauge’ is pronounced incorrectly. ‘Gauge’ is pronounced as ‘gaaayj’ not ‘gaooj’
