    I joined Slimming World 9 week ago and I am 1 stone 13lbs lighter. If you put your mind to it then anything is possible xx

    I’ve lost 4 stone 3.5lbs so far, been doing slimming world since May. My biggest loss in one week was 5 lbs doing SP ☺️

    I have tried and failed for 2 years.lost nothing I'm ready for January now . I realise why I failed I didn't eat my speeds or follow 100% Your video is very inspiring thank you xx

    Hi, I've done both slimming world and We and they both work. I must have done them both for the last 30 yrs. I get to target- think I know it , stop going and pile it on again. Listening to you today, talks sense. Even though I'm now going to ww, I still follow parts of Sw. Well done you for coming back and loosing 2 and a half lb keep going! I've now lost 20lb, got to target 3 wks ago- started eating rubbish again. The penny has dropped and went back to class on Sunday to face the music- half lb on- can cope with this. Lots more videos please xx

    Emily, thank you! Have been thinking about rejoining and watching your video has just given me the final encouragement to do it. I usually do it online- like you, I’m not hugely overweight and so I feel more comfortable doing SW online and find the website great. Just noticed that you didn’t mention your actual weight/ starting weight / target weight and just wonder why!

    Omg! You have no idea how much I can relate right now. Tonight for the second time and after 2 years I did exactly that! I signed up to a completely new group, and on a different day! I felt exactly the same! I’d love to see some more meal plan ideas :) I’m so glad I stumbled onto your channel :) x

    I felt exactly the same . When I joined the first thing they said was ‘ are u looking to maintain’ I felt a right idiot lol . I didn’t go back as I really didn’t want to make people who are over weight annoyed with me 🙈 So I’ve just started doing from home again . I have gained 2 stone since my last boy 👦🏼 which has nothing to do with him as he’s nearly 4 now 🤣 I’m not overweight . My bmi is just over healthy but it’s how u feel in yourself. The bit of excess fat I have got is in all the wrong places and covered in cellulite lmao . I really want to stick to it this time . It’s so doable . It’s just my terrible will power for wine and takeaways 🙁 Fingers crossed I can do it this time around xx hope your still doing well bbs xx

    I have re joined a few times. This time doing a lot lot better. Realised need to include some speed with each meal not just the odd meals. By the way, where did you get your Gillet from please?

    Very inspiring. I’m just set to join. I know everyone says that with it being new year and everything but so far I’ve never heard of anyone to not lose weight on this. I have a big target, but I’m in no rush.

    I had anorexia for two years, and I recovered and put lots of weight on afterwards because I went from starving myself to eating normally. I’ve just started slimming world and I can’t figure out how it works! My eating disorder mind is telling me don’t eat potatoes or rice, is it really true you can have as many Syn Free chips and not put on weight??? I’m so worried this won’t work for me😢 because I’m desperately unhappy with my body right now. It’s so depressing.

      Belle Booth honestly ! Try and forget old habits and worries and truly do SW by the book and I promise it works. I eat pasta potato’s rice etc xx

I was also just wondering what does the hex b hex a thing mean?? I’m hearing lots of people talk about it and I’m confused! &also, can you actually eat unlimited potato and pasta if it’s free??     Asking as want a little help just started week one unfortunately my body is having an absolute meltdown to the difference in foods extream gas and run to loo clenching as everything want to come out (sorry couldn't think of a politer way to word it )
    How long does this last anyone know anything that will make it stop helppp

    I join slimming world as well however just like you stated you was not overweight but you are uncomfortable with the size you were, I am in the same boat I'm slightly over my natural height to weight ratio .
    I felt conscious walking into slimming world thinking people are going to judge me because I'm not classified as obese, plus I carry my weight very well so to other people I don't look big at all but like you said you know your own body and I've never been this size before and I need improve eating habits .
    I am personally like in your vlogs keep up the good work.👏🏼

      Hannah Lewis it’s not silly.....speak to your consultant to give you some inspiration. Write down all the reasons why you are on SW and then the cons. I’m only on day 5. Never ever stuck to it but I’m determined more than I have ever been. Good luck stick with it x
