    The waver has literally saved my life. I have severe spinal stenosis, scoliosis, disc herniations, arthritis, fibromyalgia, docs gave up on me and labeled me untreatable. I have had severe problems since my 30s.I have failed back surgeries, treatments,acupuncture, you name it. I refused to give up and tried the waver in 2022. Best investment I ever made. Thanks to all you at Lifepro.

    My goodness Amber, I have been a massage therapist for 45 years, with tons of training over those years, but I haven't been able to help myself with my low back pain from my wonky gate as a result of Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease (degeneration of the peroneal muscles in my lower legs. My pelvic floor muscles are not helping me because now I have such severe bladder incontinence and chronic acid refux, I have a sliding hiatus hernia. I recently discovered that both are connected and are suppose to form a cylindar that works in sync. Mine does not. After watching just one video of you talking about low back and hip pain, I have hope that using my LifePro Waver might actually help me with these problems. I can't thank you enough and I look forward to watching more videos. Thank you for giving me hope.

    I've been in therapy and it helped me so much with chiropractor and was introduced with my visit to the vibration platform so I researched on them and have been wanting to jump on one. Been watching lifepro videos on these . I finally was able to just take the jump . Can't wait to get it in my daily routine 🥰💞

    I have a pain in my lower spine and is causing my left leg to ache at night from my hip down to my knee. My leg muscles feel tight in the butt and back of leg. Hope that makes sense. Just got my vibration plate this week. I feel ok as long as I keep moving.

      Hello! To help with your lower back. You may sit on a chair and place your feet on the platform. While doing this, you may place your hands on your knees to help the vibration to reach the lower back and help with pain. :)

    I am 69 years young ❤️ and I have metabolic issues and just recently bought my first life pro platform! I have had issues with my back and hips for a very long time without having any kind of surgery so thank Goodness I trying to help myself at home and came across your video, thank you so much! I am dealing with osteopenia for the last 20 years and I know I need to get better because I am at the point of starting to notice my balance is not good, I don’t want any falls and breaks for sure! I have costochondritis really bad so with these two things alone I am hoping the platform will be a tremendous help for me ✔️if you can suggest a program for me I would appreciate it so much!     I just got a plate last week! I was born with an extra vertebrae and I’ve had 2 fusions. I’m 59 and my legs are starting to get weak when I walk too long. I’m really hoping this will really work my core and help me gain some strength.

    I have to stand with my feet farther apart on it for my balance...but it makes me work harder which is a benefit of that...love my plate...

      Standing with your feet farther apart on a vibration plate can indeed help improve your balance, but it also increases the challenge for your muscles, providing several benefits like:

      @@Lifeprofitness it just feels more natural to me to stand with my feet apart...it also gives me more vibration to help my joints and back, which is the main reason for me using it...I can get down off it and sit down and twist and my back will pop so nicely...I have osteoarthritis from multiple car accidents and it help so much!!!

    I have a platform just decided to try to use it I have been suffering for the last month with what I think is a pinched nerve I'm fine for a while and then when it gets pinched or whatever happens I cannot even walk

    This is probably going to be a simple and redundant question, but I’ll ask if this/which product would best benefit me….Been “ketovore/carnivore” for almost a year now and feel almost as good as I did in my 20s. About to turn 41. I’ve dropped 35lbs and I’d say 90% of my joint paint has gone away. Haven’t gotten tendinitis since. The only thing I can’t shake is right hip pain and the occasional tight lower back/throwing out back. Anyway, I’m a utility worker and am constantly wrenching, bending, kneeling etc. Ex hockey player, power lifter blah blah. Recently started adding lifting and sprinting back in. I guess my question(s) would be if this would be good pre or post workout and which one would be best?
    Hopefully this question makes sense

    I have had three compressed fractures in spine. I use a lifepro Rhythem. Is there something I did or could do to repair. I have real good bone density.

    😅My daughter has been pestering me to get more exercise. I’m 88 and I do walk a lot,fast. I have PAD and have a tight right hip which causes me back pain if I stand in one place more then a few minutes. I did recently join a gym and do the bicycle and treadmill but not long. Looked at the lay down version and after seeing your video I’m sure the plate version is for me. I have an elbow inplant which makes it difficult to getup from the floor. Ordering today.

    Can you use a Rumblex max with a mild labrum problem? Will the vibration cause more wear on the joint? Images show mild arthritis but nothing significant.

    I am looking into purchasing the Lifepro rumblex4D or the rumblex 4D pro vibration plate. Which one should I get? I would like to use this for weight loss, toning, and wellness. But what’s better flat or curved vibration plate? If one has knee, back, neck or spine injuries.

    I enjoyed your videos and my new Waver, but for the first time in my life I'm having knee pain. I'm scared to continue use and need this pain to go away! Any advice?

      Hello! We highly suggest using the platform in Manual mode and at speeds 1-5 to avoid overwhelming your body. You may also use it while sitting in a chair and feet on the platform to help your body adjust. 😊

      You may start with sitting on the platform and use Oscillation, this will help your body adjust with the vibration. Once you feel better, you can stand on the platform and bend your knees a little. You can increase the time slowly and gradually to help strengthen the muscles on your knees and help with mobility. :)
