The 00-01 come with a three leaf. 02-04 with a two leaf. Can in put the 2 leaf on my 01 Xterra. I don't offroad and carry heavy loads.

Probably, id look on rockauto and cross-reference some part numbers. I remember multiple options for mine

Had my truck jacked up no weight on it, the spring still popped when I unbolted the Ubolt so strange

That was an easy leaf swap. Every time I've done it it involved fire and swearing! 😆

Do you have an update? I want to replace mine I was just curious how they are?

Yeah I have not had any problems with them. They are from rockauto, they are the cheaper ones

U bolts have to ALWAYS be replaced when removed ALWAYS, which rock auto replacements did you go with?

I can't remember now, probably the cheaper leaf springs as it's a 240k mile old beater at this point.
