Can we use mail merge tool on this account? As the account is origionaly hosted with hostinger and we are using it on outlook, would using mail merge effect the deliverability etc?

What if we select automatic option in both the hostlinger as well as the outlook settings will it work the same?

Thank you for watching 😊 I could not add the Outlook Calendar for the Hostinger's email, but you can only send invites to events from it but using the primary calendar. The workaround is in this video using Gcalendar ruclips.net/video/-lHuuBdOcpU/видео.html
@@iKnowledgeSchool Hello, I manage to add a calendar on outlook but only for my desktop (it shows as a calendar "on my computer"). BUT It does not sync with my phone with the outlook app. If you use GCalendar, do you still have to add hostinger to a gmail account and follow all the steps on the video? Once included in GCalendar, you add the calendar to mac calendar or share it on the outlook app? ¡Ayúdame por favor!
Hi Natalia and you are correct, you need to add a Calendar under a new separate Gmail account with the steps listed. Then you can sync this Calendar to your phone. I have another video where the Calendar invites sent in GCalendar appear with the Hostinger email instead of Gmail
@@iKnowledgeSchool Thank you for your response. What I want to do is add outlook calendar so when Teams meetings and other invites are sent, they are automatically added into the calendar. I've read somewhere that IMAP type accounts don't support outlook calendar...
It's such a difficult experience using IMAP compared to traditional Microsoft 365 which all works fine.
Thank you for your detailed clarification and we have been testing Outlook Calendar and Hostinger for weeks trying to solve this dilemma. The furthest we got is to add the Outlook Calendar Email from Hostinger, but the invites are shown and received under the outlook or Hotmail, the video will be released this month for sure
When I ccreate a new folder in outlook it does not duplicate i Hostinger webmail?
Hi Chris and that is by design. Hostinger does not have the ability to duplicate folders from Outlook, it only receives the messages and forwards to Outlook
While creating the account, Outlook didn´t ask me to introduce the IMAP codes that Hostinger give, but I´m receiving messages on both Outlook and Hostinger Mail. ¿Is it necessary to introduce those codes?
Not at all, it seems that the auto configuration kicked in saving you that extra step. Stay tuned as next week video is about how to add a professional signature using outlook
