I will be following these rehabilitation exercises to the best of my ability Unfortunately after a short period of improved movement and a decrease in pain post decompression procedure. I am experiencing severely ristricted movement and accute pain with arm raised to shoulder height without a load. After a scan showing increased liquid of the bursa in that shoulder I feel we are at a loss on how to proceed from this point given that physio is very painful Mine was a subacromial decompression procedure

Mine was a subacromial decompression procedure
Don’t give up! Get a second opinion. Maybe you need a different approach.
The 2nd exercise would be very painful for old, arthritic knees, neck, and back.
Agreed. Might be something to skip or modify with knee issues.
