Darn. These are pretty much what I'd call the beacons of hope for the budget TWS market. For the asking price, they do the basics just right, and seem to have the better microphones as well.

The JBL earbuds worked fine for the first few months, but within nine months of purchase, the left earbud stopped working completely. It did not produce any sound or connect to my phone.
I visited customer service center twice for the same issue, but I did not get any proper resolution or assistance. I was given vague and unsatisfactory answers saying that cleaning the earbuds with a toothpick or tweezers would solve the issue. When I asked if this was the suggestion given in the manual and whether I would not be held liable for any damage to the product caused due to this, for which the service center told me that I need to keep on visiting them if there is any issue and they can only clean the earbuds and give them back to me and there is no other alternative.
Wow, JBL ear buds are amazing, and the service offered is fabulous and the explanation given by the service center technician is just out of the world. I just love going to the customer center every other day to get them cleaned. It's like having a car that needs constant oil changes instead of earphones.

I know you will be mad at me, but I am gonna ask it anyway lol. How does this compare to a 7hz zero or Moondrop chu? I just want to know how close are budget tws to sounding good enough to enter starter audiophile category.

For smaller ears go with mini pro hs..
I was really keen to get one of these - but the design really didn't inspire me.

I got them after watching your review but i think i got damaged ones. Sound clarity very poor, can't hear them below 70% volume. There's no details in vocals at all i can't even understand words. Worst experience
Try up sizing the tips and getting a better fit.. This might help. If it doesn't.. Just return them before it's too late.
Earfun Air S are better for this price.
