Wifeager & I love lamb chops. I just grill/smoked some in our new Ninja Woodfire Outdoor Grill. Marinated in garlic olive oil, rosemary, thyme, basil powder, garlic paste, fresh parsley, fresh cracked black pepper, and a bit of Paul Prudhomme’s Veal and Poultry Magic. Served with grilled marinated asparagus and scalloped potato rounds. Yum. Gonna try it this way also.

Lamb chops are among my favorite cuts of protein. I keep mine simple with Olive oil salt and rosemary. Because lamb is so tender it really doesn't need a whole lot of extra flavoring. And I prefer the rip chop over the loin chop
