  • Mulberry Street in Manhattan's Little Italy probably has more history related to the mob - both real life and in the movies - than any other single street in America.

    Had a wonderful time in New York....dined in the restaurant shown in the video and visited John Gotti’s old hangout 247 Mulberry St......Brilliant videos I must say, very informative and so interesting.....Best wishes from New Zealand 🇳🇿

    Ok for all those who question his statement of "automatic revolver" as most of us know a revolver is not automatic but "double action". Meaning when you squeeze the trigger it pulls back the hammer and turn the cylinder to the next bullet to be fire. Back in the old days most revolver was only "single action" meaning you have to pull the hammer back to rotate the cylinder and squeeze the trigger to fire, e.g in the old western movies you see the cowboys hold the gun with one hand and then quickly use the other hand's palm to slide back the hammer to shoot again.

      Wow, all these comments about the automatic revolver. Craziness. He was actually shot with a .38 caliber. But we found this out after the video was published. An update will be forthcoming. Regarding the “automatic revolver“ mention I was simply putting forth when I had come across in several articles. I posted a link to the description of an automatic revolver in the comments. You’ll find it there. appreciate your input though.

      There actually are "automatic revolvers." However, the only one made in any significant numbers dates from around 1900...the Webley-Fosbery. Would a mafia guy be using a, then, 60ish year old firearm? Possible but not likely.

      An automatic revolver is a revolver that uses the recoil energy of firing for cocking the hammer and revolving the cylinder, rather than using manual operations to perform these actions.

      Not to mention it's extremely rare and it's very doubtful that a mob button man would own one.

      @@romancingmanhattantours6640 Never any pistol in history was a full automatic for it means you pull the trigger once and and empty the drum. The revolver you feature in the Link is erroneously listed as Automatic, since you have to pull the trigger every time to fire the gun it makes it a semiautomatic.

    Gallo didn't kill Anastasia. It was Stevie Armone. The Gallos were with the Colombo/Profaci Family. The Gambinos would not have used an outsider to kill their own boss.

    There is no such thing as an automatic revolver. Double action, yes where the gun fires at each trigger pull and the hammer cocks with each pull. But is not automatic where when hold the trigger it keeps firing until you let go or run out of ammo

    Lol 176 mulberry st, i used to play pinball there as a kid, when i was a kid there used to be a cigarette machine in there. Across the street at 178 mulberry st there used to be a unmarked door no windows room of sorts bunch of fedora wearing ppl would go into. Around the corner on broom st there used to be a cafe on broom between mulberry and mott st. There used to be some sharp dressed guys always out there sipping espresso and Manhattan specials with their pinky rings lol stereotypical Guido.

      The only automatic revolver was invented in the 1990's. There were a few semiautomatic revolvers. Neither were used in the Gallo hit.

      I don't see any " glorifying criminals" here. Mafia is a part of American history that isn't taught in schools today. Then again, history of our nation is being wiped from our schools because it doesn't fit the "progressive lefts" narrative.

      documentaries. Their part in history as you claim is being criminals and your glorifying

      so why can't he mention them as well? Or mention the history of the areas in question
      prior to the mob figurers whom he mentions lived there? Why is his focus strictly on
      the mob figures and their crimes? Because he's marketing crime and glorifying the
      criminals selling us where they resided while committing crimes. The entertainment
      business romanticizes crime, his tour is based on entertainment and he is selling stories
      about criminals while showing us the physical locations the criminals in questions
      lived and committed their crimes. He's not selling anything else but criminals.
