The turnover is delayed and they said turnover will be after 3-4 years but now the developer ask me to file bank loan or in house loan. We bought 3 units in SMDC The Shore 2 we lost the unit without any notice that is already dispute they just taking our money without notice. Their main job is to are still stealing the money. The Air Residence, we do the in house financing but the bank in the Philippines wants us to go to the Philippines in-person to activate / open the account. They know already that it is pandemic. The don't give us any options how we going to pay the mortgage. The same is the situation with our investment in Shore 3. The agents in the Philippines are very useless they only want to sale you property and make big commission. When it is the mortgage time, they will not help us for document to process the bank. I never encounter this kind of business deal We lost a lot of money maybe this is there tactics to get the money for the hard working overseas Pilipino Be aware don't buy any condo in the Philippines if you don't know the rules there. The rules are very tricky and cunning. Be aware for the agent for appealing about the property they also mark up the price very high. So I want to aware all the overseas who working abroad not to buy any condo in the Philippines. You will gonna do by your own self.

The Shore 2 we lost the unit without any notice that is already dispute they just taking our money without notice. Their main job is to are still stealing the money.
The Air Residence, we do the in house financing but the bank in the Philippines wants us to go to the Philippines in-person to activate / open the account.
They know already that it is pandemic. The don't give us any options how we going to pay the mortgage.
The same is the situation with our investment in Shore 3.
The agents in the Philippines are very useless they only want to sale you property and make big commission. When it is the mortgage time, they will not help us for document to process the bank.
I never encounter this kind of business deal

Be aware don't buy any condo in the Philippines if you don't know the rules there. The rules are very tricky and cunning.
Be aware for the agent for appealing about the property they also mark up the price very high. So I want to aware all the overseas who working abroad not to buy any condo in the Philippines. You will gonna do by your own self.
