Having recently visited the luxurious Majestic Mirage resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic - I still can not get over the quality of the food and the abundance of choices at their main buffet. And I must tell you: I'm not a buffet person and usually I do stay away from this type of dining, but I'm glad that I have checked it out and was just blown away!

Its actually very pleasurable on vacation
On vacations I drink all day long -without ever getting drunk, but in Canada they will only serve alcohol after 11 AM. That's what I was refering to. It was a joke. Duh...
I was there last week and this is a very good hôtel 🏨.very good service,very clean and the food is excellent.love it

Wonderful video! I love the ending with those nice ladies! And what an amazing array of lovely dishes! I really regret never going to an all inclusive. Now post Covid I am looking to book here but I can imagine the self serve buffets must be gone. Great video nevertheless ☺️
Thanks and I'm glad that you enjoyed it. My friends went there 3 weeks ago and they still have buffets, but all the food is displayed/served in a more secured way. They also have a new hotel near Cancun. Majestic Elegance Costa Mujeres. I went there in Feb. It was very similar and also great. Have some videos from there -as well. We have a trip to the Mirage this summer. Thanks for the great Video!!! It looks fantastic. We know it is an all inclusive resort, but what are your thoughts on tipping for the personal butler and how much/when?
Hello! Glad that I could help! Ours did not do that much, as we aren't really a butler type people, so we gave him USD 10.00 per day, but if he/she does things for you - then I would give something like USD 20.00 per day. That's what we give our butlers at Sandals, who generally work much harder. If you get a musty smell when entering the room - just ask the maid to open both sliding doors wide, while they clean, as since the bedroom is connected with the bathroom and that part doesn't have a ceiling fan - sometimes the air gets trapped in there and creates not so fresh smell. Yes - they do. At the Seafood restaurant near the beach. Fish, rock lobster, shrimp, calamari. At night.
