Very enjoyable to listen to.
This song makes me think of a series of fantasy books I wrote.
When I play it; I imagine myself wandering a village, dancing, playing, riding and meeting wondrous mythical creatures

Hi! Thanks for listening and commenting. You are my first comment in almost a year & I appreciate it. You will have to give me some time, but I will get you the info. It will probably take a week or so. I've had a computer crash (& actually am on a different computer) and hard drive died, so my backup is gone. I have an idea where I can find. I keep ALL photos I use and label them.It doesn't help in the electronic age when things go wrong though. I will look a bit & let you know. My best to you!

...and what an awesome comment! Thanks. Many of my videos don't get comments or thumbs up, so I appreciate each and every comment. If you like this music, you can type them into Search Channel on my page. You can also type in jigs, reels, The Bothy Band (they have some great reels and jigs, and pipes). Celtic, Blues, Bluegrass, Irish, Scottish, Scotland, and even instruments. Have fun if you play with the music. My best to you, Moppet
Any tabs for this song on guitar?
You're a star
Thank you so much

Love your taste in music! I like it around 1:30 - your part, so we have very similar tastes. I'm glad you found this here and enjoyed it. I have a bit more Slainte on. You can go to my Channel page and type their name into Search Channel, or jigs, reels, Celtic music. I tag everything. So if you like Bluegrass, Blues, Native American, Civil War, mountain music, old-timey music, you can type in and see what there is. Have fun if you do play around with the music, My best, Moppet

My grandad was born not far form Keshcarrigan, County Leitrim, we still have a house in Kesh that I sometimes visit and would love to make my home. Is this jig from Keshcarrigan County Leitrim?
Hi, I saw you uploading all of the Slainte band songs here. Just out of curiosity.... whether the Slainte band is still performing, is it here on RUclips with the official channel or any website. Trying to know more of their music. I heard them first with star of county down 8 years back but didn't find much thereafter.
where is the seaside town shown. Sligo county? Or another place altogether?
Hi! I have spent from 11 pm til 6:28 trying to find you. I forgot what song the question about the house was on. I got my new computer tonight so I found my photos...and now someone else has answered you. It is Kylemore Abbey in Connemara. I am glad that rproark helped.I'm also glad I stayed up to find you.I knew I wouldn't be able to find it til I got my computer fixed. If you like a group, genre, instrument, jig, reel; type it in Search Channel on my page. Have fun if you play with the music!

Just a question.... Where is that castle/house at 1:31
whenever I hear this song now, the first thing that I think of is a bunch of attractive anime people getting drunk in a tavern and getting into fisticuffs
Thats extremely sad. Im sorry you think of that while listening to this song.
+MrGreen8081 This doesn't remind me of that at all. thank you for your comment, Moppet
+MrGreen8081 I think of a sweet tall glass of Guinness :-)
apparently the anime "Kono Subarashii Sekai ni Shukufuku o" has the same scene as you say
