At this point after this report, it is clear that the problem with Atlanta's Crime wave is not the Criminals, it is the Justice System. Over 100 interactions, repeat offenses of the same crime and yet they are let out to re-offend over and over again. The victims of these crimes should file a Class action lawsuit against the City of Atlanta and the State of GA for negligence and enabling repeat offenders' opportunity to re-offend. Also, where are the Parents? They all should be charged with the Crimes of their Children thus sending the message, take Responsibility for Your Children because you will be held accountable for their actions.
