This was a fantastic watch!!!! What a great stable of bikes!!!! I would love to see that Coptic gravel bike on some fun gravel now that your in Bentonville!!! Great job Steve, really enjoyed this one!!!
Man, that's a lot of bikes. I have four (road, fully rigid hardtail, enduro fully and dj) and I already can't ride them as much as I'd like. I'd say you're on the verge of being called a collector 😅
I absolutely love this content and the detailed explanation of how you built up your whips. I have never gone shorter than 170mm cranks but I will be going 165 or 160 on one of my hardtail just to see what the “big deal” is all about. Plus it gives me and excuse to buy some new cranks.
Greay video, I really enjoyed seeing your stable! Most interested by the RSD and Spot. Im super happy with my current hardtail (Team Marin) but thinking about a change in the full sus department (Fluid FS). That spot looks awesome! If you can store them all, you can never really have too many bikes . 😉
Awesome to see your personal collection Steve. I love your signature bikes the best and love the 120mm travel Sedona. Are still running 130mm travel on the Maniak? Thank you 😊
Really cool seeing how happy you are while going through all the bikes. I like that Stanton. I know it isn't, but reminds me of an old school bike. I still have my Trek 830 from the early 90's. Even has a first gen RockShock fork.
What a beautiful fleet. All of them are so good looking and incredibly built up. The Sedona is eye candy. I didn't think you would let go of the Spot Rocker.
Wow, nice collection Steve. I’m thinking about adding a Nitrous to mine. Really enjoyed your video testing it out. Also, was great seeing you talk to Dave at Sea Otter.
When you get healthy I think you'll love the Ryve 115 on most Bentonville trails. I rode my Gen 1 version there last year and it was a lot of fun. There were a few features (mainly drops with flat landings) I avoided since I have mine setup for lighter trail riding. Although I still sent a few of the progression drops in the skills area. Trying to have a quiver with optimal overlap is definitely a challenge. I've settled on 4 mtn bikes including my e-bike, plus two drop-bar bikes. While I also come from a BMX background, I have also done a lot of road riding over the last 30+ years, so I prefer a road bike with more traditional racing geometry and fit over a gravel bike. Gravel bikes often feel uncomfortable for some reason - specifically the flared bars.
Very cool collection man. You are lucky being able to enjoy all those beautiful machines. Gravel/agressive singletrack talking, i use higher positioned hoods and ride with hands on them most of the time, with 46cm ritchey flared handlebars.
14:00 Maybe it has to do with strength and tube diameter avaibility? Nicolai claims that they went for thicker 30.9 sest tube instead of larger thinner seat tube, thus stronger. Maybe it's the same here?
Very overdue to see some of your arsenal! Very cool. Don't be embarrassed, be proud that you have built a life that allows you to have such a fleet! Thank you for sharing. The one that intrigues me the most is the Neuhaus Ti SS. It would be such a quick and simple bike to ride. You did another video comparing the Ti and steel Hummingbird?
Great video. I have to say the bike I liked the most was the GT. Like you said, it takes you back to why you started riding in the first place. I started with a Schwinn MOS but my first true love was a Rocky Mountain Hammer in 1992. Thank you for the video.
Oh man! What a fleet of bikes. I'm most intrigued by the Neahaus Hummingbird. I would be interested to see a review on the Revel El Jefe in the future if you ever get your hands on one.
That vintage XTR rear derailleur only weighs like 230 grams. It's ridiculous. I'd love to try one with a 1x conversion with hollow BB, light weight crankset with 8 speed narrow-wide chain ring (if such a thing exists), and find a light 8 speed cassette to boot. I think those things alone would shave some major weight from an old bike. A modern 1x10/1x11 groupset from Shimano is fun and all but not exactly light.
Nice video. I built a wildcat v3 in the spring, the frames were on sale . As much as i like hardtails , my knees and ankles couldn’t handle rough rides anymore ( i still have my fat bike and my dj as a hardtail ) . I love aggressive short travel bikes , the wildcat is perfect for my local trails and can handle big bike park days out in the mountains.
Epic bikes Steve!!!! Hey could BBP do an episode on stem spacers vs riser bars and figure out what the heck is going on there with geo/reach/cockpit etc etc etc!?? I'm totally stumped!!
Thanks for sharing! I mostly ride gravel these days, (Otso Wahila C with Berd sparrows) but I do still enjoy the Spot Rocker! I'd love to own a nice titanium hardtail in the future.
Sweet collection! Interested to know what the ten frames are. The Sedona is still intriguing, we'll see what the future holds. Did all of your collection make it to Arkansas?
This was filmed about 6 months ago. Most of these are still in my fleet, but a few are not. Id like to cut this fleet in half and sell off the other half
I really enjoy your content, keep it up 👍🏻. You mentioned arthritis and a neurological disease. Have you looked into “The Carnivore diet” ? It’s cleared up my arthritis and my IBS among a couple of other things. Take care
Don’t be embarrassed. This is your profession. I have a full gym in my garage, because I’m in the fitness profession. Well, the gym has a bike shop too….haha
Cheers on that Wildcat! Got one too. It was my "budget" version of the Evil Offering. Very similar geo. It's my daily driver and I rather prefer it over my 170 super slack freeride/enduro rig.
It wouldn't be cheating to add up everything in value and fish us with a thumbnail saying: "here's my xxxxx$ bike collection" ! Many people have lots of random bikes but this is a very tasteful stable...
That would get more views/clicks, but it's really not my style. A lot of the parts on these bikes were paid for in full by me, but a lot were also sent in for review.

You know you picked the right color for the Sedona when it matches the dirt on the tires.
I'd enjoy a future follow-up video about how the terrain and trails in Bentonville influence your bike choices and impact your personal stable.
One of your best videos was that series you created about the old $300 bike challenge. I watched that a few months ago and it was great.
Ok now i finally have to get the trials bike i always wanted/needed!
I absolutely love this content and the detailed explanation of how you built up your whips.

Man what a great collection of bikes. It’s really interesting to see how location and the types of trails nearby affect bike preferences.
I can hardly wait to get my Stanton Sendona......that paint is amazing
love the content and can totally feeling your enthusiasm of riding bikes~~~ thanks for sharing with us

Great video idea, as always super informative and way beyond any other run of the mill bike content
The Spot Ricker? Your ALL TIME favorite xc hardtail? And the Team Marin? And the Sherpa? Man... Must be very hard letting go.
Awesome to see your personal collection Steve. I love your signature bikes the best and love the 120mm travel Sedona. Are still running 130mm travel on the Maniak?
Thank you 😊
What happened to the paradox? I bought one after your review and still love it.
There are many fantastic bikes I've owned in the past. But as you can see, i still have too many even after selling a few.
I’d love to see you review a Poseidon Norton! Really curious what you think

That GT ❤.
I just bought a 1996 GT Avalanche for the same reason. It will be my chill ride to the coffee shop bike.
Haven't watched this yet but so excited for this. Curious to know what kind of full suspension bikes a hardtail guy rides!
Wow, nice collection Steve. I’m thinking about adding a Nitrous to mine. Really enjoyed your video testing it out. Also, was great seeing you talk to Dave at Sea Otter.
Id love a nitrous, I just have too many right now and can't justify another obe
Crazy to see a stable without a middlechild in there. Awesome tour! Thanks for sharing
There are many great bikes I've owned in the past, including a middlechild, but i had to let so many go
Awesome quiver, thanks for sharing.😊
Awesome rides!! 🤟 Where is the RSD Middlechild?
Hey Steve, the right number of bikes is always n+1😉.

Wowsers, Steve!! Thanks for the bike tour, fun stuff. Looking forward to meeting up here in NWA, hopefully in the not-to-distant future.
Awesome. I post my meetups on the @hardtailparty instagram
I did not imagine that you would own so many bikes. 😮 Good for you!
Please, what are the water bottle cages on your Binary?

Yes, its on this channel
@@BigBrainParty I must be losing my mind or somehow I missed it! Excited to watch it.
@@BigBrainParty I am definitely losing it... haha I even commented on it! I am rewatching it.

6:20 yes.
No Paradox v3??? Great vid! Just bought a paradox v3 frame on sale and can't wait to get it built!
I had a paradox v3 for several years. Fantastic bike. I have an enigma frame that isn't currently built, but I'm tempted to experiment with it
I have a 27.5 bike. I was tempted to get the enigma, but it can't accept 2.8 tires.
@@BigBrainPartydidn't you have a spitfire too?

Sweet fleet! I understand it all too well haha. Something about those Neuhaus has my attention for potential SS upgrade from my Radimus.
The other 'trend' I noticed in your collection is your love for the fox GRIP damper (not to be confused with the GRIP2)
Epic bikes Steve!!!! Hey could BBP do an episode on stem spacers vs riser bars and figure out what the heck is going on there with geo/reach/cockpit etc etc etc!?? I'm totally stumped!!
I talk about this a bit in my geometry course. I can't tell you exactly how many you need, but it'll teach you the principles of what ot does.
Thanks for sharing! I mostly ride gravel these days, (Otso Wahila C with Berd sparrows) but I do still enjoy the Spot Rocker! I'd love to own a nice titanium hardtail in the future.
I’m interested in the Advent X now that you mentioned again that you still use it along with the high end parts. Nice video.
Advent x is amazing. Not quite as robust against rock strikes as axs, but performance per dollar is incredible
I've been running Advent X on the Big Al and I love it.
@@ryanmiskinMe too, and also on my Cotic Jeht. Got some grazes on the Cotic’s derailleur from the Peak District gritstone but still going strong.
Glad you still have that pink HELM! 😉
Always
That Cotic looks like a type of "gravel bike" that I could get behind. Or get on rather. 😍

How often are you maintaining all these suspension components? It would take a few days to do a yearly service on everything.
With this many bikes, none of the forks get much use in a year.
What happened to the spot rocker?

sick collection

It's a special bike! It totally has evil poppy vibes
On your Hummingbird:I saw that you have a dual bolt seat tube collar. Who made it?
Neuhaus gave it to me to test as an experiment. I'd reach out to them directly
my hummingbird came with an Engin Dual Bolt Seat Collar looks almost identical...
Newhaus's in house brand. I ordered one for a different frame I had with a slipping post, fixed the issue. 10/10.
I talked to the Wolfrooth folks when they came for Big Sugar, and they were not interested in making such a widget
I miss your ride videos.
Not as much as i miss riding!

The new overpriced bikes.... zzzz. The trials, DJ, GT... party!
