Regulation of private layouts is a must I guess. I'm with these developers doing business but planning authorities should atleast make some minimum rules on like greenery and width of roads and do their best by building public infra. Most of the newly developed developed Suburbs especially in South East doesn't even have wide enough arterial roads.

@@vk5822 You followed an arc-> South to West to North. You saw nearby Easter areas in distance like Ulsoor lake. But not beyond (Marathalli, KR Pura, Whitefield).
Because they built Ring Road in neighboring districts. We too could build RR in Dobbaspete, Anekal, Magadi, Malur. Other than that, same size. Hyderabad is copy paste of Bangalore in many aspects. Even their town planning follows so much from Bangalore (they have a Bangalore stidy department).
