I used to have one cat like him. A big russian blue. He looked like a very serious cat, very circumspect, yet he was kind and loving. He adopted a stray cat with her kittens and stopped eating just to feed them all. We had to adopt them too, because of his big heart. =)
The fact that this elderly couple never gave up on her and went to such lengths to continue to keep her while trying to stay safe themselves is incredible. What amazingly sweet people.

So the cat had a caesarean section and gave birth to 6 kittens (plus one dead). Three of them died after a few days (maybe born too early?) So there were only 3 kittens left alive. I think the loss of the other kittens made the cat aggressive because she was suffering too much. Then she began to be "aggressive" towards the remaining 3 kittens, so for the good of all, the owners decided to give the kittens to another calmer cat. And that's when Jjong became very aggressive and out of control. I hope you have understood the rest of the story.

I love that in the end, the owners were heartbroken by their baby's growing PTSD symptoms, but kept her despite her aggression. And did everything they could to make the changes to give her a better quality life. ❤️❤️

Well... Time? Empathy? Patience? Hard work? Its an animal with a trauma and needs help, with medication and exercises the cat could get better (Note I say better, not perfect) it takes a looooot of time, not just a couple of months. For example: It took more than a year for a doggy my grandma rescued from abusive owners to let us pet her. Two years after, just a couple of weeks ago she let me lift her up and hug her for the first time (Now she loves hugs). There’s some problems with shower, not going to deny that, its a trigger, but so it was human touch. Time and patience is all you need. I don’t want to be rude, just trying to explain that if you don’t want/can’t deal with those things that can happen to any animal, then you should not adopt one. It’s better for you and for them.

Well... Time? Empathy? Patience? Hard work? Its an animal with a trauma and needs help, with medication and exercises the cat could get better (Note I say better, not perfect) it takes a looooot of time, not just a couple of months.
For example: It took more than a year for a doggy my grandma rescued from abusive owners to let us pet her. Two years after, just a couple of weeks ago she let me lift her up and hug her for the first time (Now she loves hugs). There’s some problems with shower, not going to deny that, its a trigger, but so it was human touch. Time and patience is all you need.
I don’t want to be rude, just trying to explain that if you don’t want/can’t deal with those things that can happen to any animal, then you should not adopt one. It’s better for you and for them.
