      Why are ppl so tolerant of cats behavior? They're an invasive species that need to be dealt with. There's way too many running around. It should be as simple as if u treat them right then they behave. When the bad outweighs the good I would never stress myself out just to make an animal's life comfortable.

Dogs are comfortable in most situations as long as they're with someone they trust most cats don't have that ability which is the opposite of intelligence. I’ve always been a dog mom, untill one day, a feral mom had her kitten under my deck.
    We took her in, trapped her 8 week old kittens, brought them into house and socialized them. Got all their shots, gave two away 😢, and kept 2 kittens and mom.
    A total cultural shock, I can tell you.
    But I learned quickly how different cats are from dogs, except both require understanding, respect, and discipline.
    Discipline needs to be consistent.
    Anyone who have cats and dogs know you cannot discipline with anger.
    I’ve learned not to get offended, or angry, and not take it personal if my cat growls, hisses, slaps at me, for not respecting their space. I’ve learned to be conscientious in my movements, and mannerisms.
    Forgive!! Love!!! Encourage!! Distract! Considerate!!

      I have a cat that doesn't do any of that and loves spending his time with me, especially when its bed time.
      You shouldnt have to change because of an animal but it is our job as humans to be their masters and tend to them when they need us.
      If a cat is violent, it will soon find a rough existence as no one wants a mean animal unless they are unhinged mentally like tiger owners.

      Why is that? 🤡 🤡 🤡

    • @justatitle
      @justatitle Год назад +3

      @@andriemirasol0185 You’re probably being funny! Not sure? Or just sarcastic. But I feel I should clarify my cats slapping hissing and or growling.
      The mother is a feral, and hence wild.
      She’s not domestic, therefore she’s learned habits of survival, I suppose.
      We’ll still let her outside, because she loves to hunt and to be outside, but she also wants to be inside.
      She is, and can be very sweet.
      The slapping hissing growling happens with her grown kittens.
      Not sure why she turned on them, but it seems after they were fixed, they lost their familiar scent.
      The bad behavior happens when she doesn’t get her way, like wanting to go outside, it’s then when she will walk around and around the house to every exit and if kittens are anyway near, she’ll growl, hiss and slap at them.
      It gets me so upset, because I don’t understand that behavior towards them, for like said in original post, I’m a dog mom, most of my life, I never had cats, and I don’t understand that kind of behavior, especially towards her own kittens.
      Although I want to slap her for being mean to them, I would never do that.
      Maybe one of those clips in video would help when she has a manic episode; wanting to go outside.

I wouldn't tolerate any animal that bites the one who loves and takes care of them. Never have any of them ever bit me, but I was scratched when breaking them up.

      Well at least u have some common sense unlike most cat owners but the way it attacked her it would be put down there's no excuse that's what happens to dogs & they usually only behave like this if they've been abused or have a chemical imbalance but cats may do this any time you try to stop them from doing something they shouldn't be or trying to get them to do something that is necessary. Its simple it's all in the eyes if u look at a cats eyes its clear there's no intelligence or compassion behind them.

      Cats are animal. They have animal instinct. They can't think like humans do. They do not know you love them or not when they are in a condition where they lose their self control. I don't know what you mean by tolerate, but I sure hope you don't simply throw away any pets or cats simply because they bite you out of their animal behavior which they have no control. Cat owners should exercise more awareness in cases where cats fight like in the video. That's a serious situation and one simply do not interfere without precaution. That's how you get hurt.

      @@GODsoN_216 I see the lame, tired "Cats are evil" myth has been brought out of retirement. Behavioural problems in cats can also be due to neglect and abuse. it's not just exclusive to dogs. They lack intelligence do they? Despite being more independent and therefore less reliant on humans. Just like the stupid owners in this video, you clearly don't understand cats. People have a tendency to condemn what they don't understand

    I don't believe in this as a solution, because the reason to why they fought so viciously, is simply because they're not neutered/spayed! The hormones are driving them into fights, so the FIRST step to end all fighting would be to neuter/spay the cats. Also, the cats wasn't properly introduced to each other in several steps! Just "tossed into" the same room together from the start. That's how you create bad tension between cats, not knowing each other being forced to share the same territory. The cats should be put in separate rooms from the start with a net door in between them, slowly getting to know each other, over several days. Then switch rooms and also use a cloth (same one) on each cats body every day, mixing their scents to create a feeling that they all belong to the family.

Also I don't know how the cats were introduced to each other but it doesn't seem that the cat parents did it the right way. There is a way to do it prevent exactly this type of scenario. It can be done. I have seen Jackson Galaxy teach cat guardians how to re introduce their cats. You are rigtht about the neutering of cats too. I have seen several videos of cat owners in Korea. I get the impression - proper cat care and cat knowledge in Korea is very low and frankly sometimes the owners do not know it is wrong approach. Only a few koreans make the effort to research how to feed and take care of cats based on cat biology.

    • @litsaguevara9098
      @litsaguevara9098 Год назад

      Thank you for replying. I'm not surprised Jackson Galaxy could do it - he's got a great insight into animals. I can't comment on how Koreans take care of their cats (or don't), but it's not surprising. I lived in Greece for a few years and wanted to get my kitten neutered and found major resistance to it from veterinarians! I couldn't believe that they couldn't see the value in neutering/spaying cats. I gave up and had to give him away a few months later, since bringing him back home to America meant a 6 month quarantine, even though he had all his shots. I was so very sad 😞.

    Котов надо разнимать водой из пульверизатора с добавлением немного уксуса для резкого запаха... коты ненавидят когда в них стреляют из пульверизатора , а еще и неприятная вонь для их чувствительного носа действуют дисциплинирующе... кроме того этот запах вдальнейшем будет действовать на котов, как запах доминантной особи и они стараются вести себя хорошо...у нас этот метод называется "операция скунс"...
    у меня такие пульверизаторы стоят на каждом подоконнике, чтобы коты к цветам не лезли , и на кухонных столах стоят....
    кстати, котов у меня много, я их от морозов спасаю, потом раздаю, но раздача всегда идёт медлено...

    Когда кошки дерутся, их надо огораживать друг от друга так, чтобы они друг друга вообще не видели. Им надо время, чтобы успокоиться. Возможно выход - купить большую клетку для кота, ограничив его пространство, чтобы кошки к нему привыкли. Территорию всегда делят самки. Кот воспринимается ими как угроза будущему потомству. Всех животных, лучше всего кастрировать, чтобы уменьшить напряжение из-за гормонов.
