You I don't have the time right now to learn Chinese but when ever I dabbled with it. Even though I am native English speaker I noticed what this video is trying to convey.
Everything in Chinese seems logical or mathematical to me and when I learn how to make a sentence. I never think "why would that word be in that position" I always think "Of course that word would be in that position that makes sense".
I don't feel like with Chinese I am learning a language I feel like I am studying 1 basic math formula and then learning what all the variables mean.

@@leoorellana6472 the main idea of the novel is the game with some complex rules. These rules are like Chinese grammar. The author got the Nobel's prize in the literature for this.

And of course you provide hope in each video. Right from when I was in level 1 of Chinese proficiency to now I am at a proficiency level 4. You have been my teacher. Thanks for the help and the free videos. 非常感谢。

Hello...Ansd analysing those roots, you will see that a lot words with relatively close sound and not ressembling hanzi have often a close meaning...AND often a sound very close to indo-european words, while grammar has not any ressemblance... Maybe mutual exchanges when the old indo-european were living in the valley of the Tarim and when the ancestors of Zhong ren did identify themselves as those with black hair ( meaning neighbours had not black hair... ).... to see/zien(dutch)sehen (german) zian. tor be : shi ...zijn (dutch) sein (german). zai (remain : place, quality,... ) zijn ( in the meaning of verblijven, dutch), sein ( allso as "to remain") german, zuo ( to sit): sit, assiento, sentar se ( spanish) , s'assesoir,( french) , sit , zit , zetel ( dutch) sitzt ( german),... etcetera... a full ! And ri( sun ) arraw ( Tagalog) but too Ra, Ré, the Sungod of Egypt...sheng : germe (french), semis, semence ( french), zoon, (dutch), sohn (german), genus, gen (latin, greec)...genre (french) ....?
Even if there would be hasards, still that many, I think there are tracks of old connections....
