"in a toxic relationship" i hate that term, it's used instead of "abusive relationship" to make things seem even sided. but yelling at a man who's being violent and destroying the house is not "even sided". a victim will snap and yell and suddenly it's "both sides played a part".
i 100% agree
That is especially directed towards black women. Black women aren't allowed to be victims.
@@guanabanaboba what? Are you insane? Who the fuck says that. Bro one the term toxic is just a term youre litterly being triggered over a word. 2 no one is saying black women can say anything wtf
@@TheWeeklySlopYT I'm not getting triggered over a word wtf are you even talking about? I know what toxic means. My point is that black women are not treated as victims and people will find ways either to trivialize their pain, blame them, or make them into a joke. Just look at how people reacted to Megan The Stallion. And she is just one of many examples.
@@guanabanaboba lmao I agree with you but megan the stallion is not the best example. Very hard to have sympathy.
‘Toxic relationship’ NO it’s clearly ABUSIVE. Yelling at someone for slamming shit around and being crazy is not abusive.

Can you imagine how traumatising it must be to work as a 911 operator hearing all these distressing calls and not being able to do anything? Massive respect to these guys they do a very hard job.
Not to mention basically being blind to most of them afterwards, my brother is a paramedic and even they don’t get all the details after a patient is out of their care, these people likely never know the outcomes. Incredible people.
Yeah but not all of em are good tho, some can be dickheads like the woman who drowned and said she was sorry after the 911 operator was degrading her, not all are perfect
yes and it’s like a part time job. Lots of 911 operators work other jobs during the day, and at night they talk to people who are going through the most traumatic moments of their lives, and they don’t get to know the outcomes of the incidents unless it makes the news, they just have to know about all the atrocities that took place in their community and where exactly they happened

Organs are squishy, maluable, and surrounded by bones, muscle and fat. arteries are highly pressurized tubes that are directly connected to the heart. A single one going out will ruin your blood circulation, because the heart will keep shooting blood out of that artery in massive amounts until there's no more blood to pump.
Oh, also leg bones will fragment a ton if broken and it's not too uncommon for a a fragment to also damage the artery or even get stuck in it. The femur is a strong bone, but probably one of, if not THE worst bone to break.

Jesus Christ. I almost bled to death when I severed my radial artery, luckily instead of going completely into shock, I was about as focused, and free of anxiety as I've ever been in my life, seriously, I would be able to give myself more anxiety right now just thinking of no longer existing, but as I'm dying, zero, none, it's like, where is this calm in the rest of my life. knew I was in trouble, knew if I didn't stop the bleeding soon, I'd pass out and die, and that wasn't even so concerning. Thought I was a goner in the hospital, but to hear a person in that kind of shock, knowing they are dying, honestly kind of gave me flashbacks.

9 times, one in the jaw iirc but yeah most in the body. The wildest thing was that it was pretty much point blank.
He was also shot in the leg...
People tend to think otherwise because the idea is people aren't thinking about arteries, they're thinking about organs. I guess the idea is, is that even if an arm or leg is cut off, people still live, despite having to cut an artery to do so. So really makes ya wonder why center mass gunshots are less lethal than limbs?
@@benmidnightflame They are easier to hit, you shoot center of mass to give the best chance to remove the threat as quick as possible.
Can not confirm that other countries are trained to shoot limbs.

Misogyny and abuse are so fucking dangerous.
That’s a good dog for protecting his owner. It’s horrible that the son had to listen to that shit, I hope he got his therapy.
I live in Middle of Nowhere Oregon, my ex’s small hometown when having our second child. He went to high school, or his parents are friends with, basically all of the local police.
He was incredibly abusive and the cops never have a shit even when the neighbors called; said everyone was, “wasting their [the cops] time.” They protected him because they knew him and his whole family, and because I wasn’t the “perfect victim” in their eyes. Even when my ex now takes the kids without my consent or doesn’t take any preventative measures against ‘the virus’ for their sake, the cops tell ME to calm down. So yeah, Hasan isn’t wrong about small town cops. Anywhere else we’ve lived this dude would be in jail by now, *for sure.* And that’s probably why he’s trying to buy a house here- so we can never leave, since I don’t have the finances and am disabled so I don’t have the ability to take us out of this situation- at least for right now. Especially when they wouldn’t ever let me press charges, making it a lot easier for him to deny being an abuser and danger to us in court.
I wish I could help. You don't deserve any of this, and neither do your kids. I hope this works out for you somehow, and I hope your ex, his piece of shit cop friends, and everyone else who's allowed this to happen rots in hell.

@@jacobford3452 that’s not the reason why cops don’t go full bad cop on him first up. The interrogators are always nice at first when they’re trying to get a confession out of a suspect. Police being nice to the suspect (at least while they first bring them into the interrogation room) is normal.
It’s the “good cop, bad cop” routine, sometimes they can get a confession without even needing to get to the “bad cop” part.
I don’t think they are being nice because they like him,
he’s a black man who shot a woman in the state of Florida, and they are the police after all.

This is so utterly gut wrenching.
Could you imagine being this 911 operator… desperately trying to get information to help as a woman is just in shock, repeating she’s dying.
As you listen to her get weaker and weaker. And then things get worse. And worse. And worse.
And then the call suddenly ends and you need to take another call.
And another call.
And another.
And another.
For hours a day. Every call as tragic as the last as people call during their worst, saddest and scariest points in their life.
And you, as an operator. Have no help. No way to help other than to get others there and talk to them.
For days.
Weeks.
Years.
All while receiving zero state-funded support for mental health care to help you through the trauma of being the usual very first responders to crimes.
Absolutely tragic how these heroes get passed by and forgotten so easily.

People don't understand the randomness of ballistics. Just because you've shot someone in the leg, doesn't mean the bullet will only impact the leg. It can hit the bone and ricochet into vitals. I read a story about a girl who was shot in the thigh, the bullet exited, then re-entered through her pelvis, went through her stomach, hit her rib, then bounced into her heart.

I replied to a comment inquiring about gun laws in Florida and Duval county (the county Jacksonville is in) so I decided to give everyone here some info on gun laws here.
Jacksonville native here in prior to 2020 you can buy and own a rifle or shotgun as well as ammo at 18, with no waiting period. You can only possess at pistol at 18, Purchasing a pistol is restricted to 21 years of age with a 3 day waiting period unless you are a LEO or Correctional officer then you can purchase one at 18+ with no waiting period.
Currently there are no state wide or Duval county laws or statues that limit capacity of magazines there is a 3 day waiting period for all firearms and you must be 21+ to purchase firearms unless a LEO or CO. You can still possess firearms at 18+. A Concealed carry permit also voids the 3 day waiting period.
In Florida a weapons permit doesn’t exist no license is required to own or purchase a firearm. Feel free to ask me any questions.
That's crazy... Can you explain the purpose of the waiting period?
@@AmnestyPleas3 Impulsive, volatile acts of gun violence. But I think if you truly are going out of your way to buy a firearm to kill someone you will find other means before the 3 days are up including buying one illegally on Craig's list or other private seller means as sellers aren't liable for the person they sell to as long as they are beyond a reasonable doubt 18 and not under parole or a felon. Kap
@@AmnestyPleas3
Waiting periods allow for time to complete the background check. Suicide prevention is also a reason I've heard several times but I haven't looked into if it actually prevents suicide or just postpones them.
In my state, Louisiana, there are no waiting periods.
