While I can understand why some would enjoy moving freely in the Mach Speed sections, doesn’t it give away the tense situation of NEEDING to get through them as fast as possible? I mean, in Wave Ocean, Sonic has to chase the Egg-Carrier. Why would Sonic want to slow down and slack off if his Arch-nemesis is getting away? I know there's a goal ring that isn't going anywhere, but it just feels like the purpose of the Mach Speed Sections are taken away for WHY Sonic needs to immediately go fast. But, that's all probably just me, and I'm being a little biased.
Sonic quote: “I would enjoy this more if I wasn’t on a mission”.
Even with his boost, he still couldn't save Elise from that ship...which is ok because none of us liked Elise anyways

Lol, was watching Sonic Central’s 06 Boost video when this was uploaded.
The way this boost works reminds me of Sonic Unleashed (Wii)’s boost; a massive burst of speed.
Call me weird, but I honestly liked that idea better.

Sonic 06, but Sonic is running at the speed he's supposed too. Man they slowed down Sonic's speed in 06. This mod is great.
Honestly, I'd really like the Mach-Speed sections to switch to a gameplay style and control set-up similar to Unleashed and Generations

Sonic 06 is a boost game. Sometimes, I just like the old one cause it’s my favorite game (I played the old version before I saw this and it wasn’t really that bad. In fact it was a really great game!).

This makes sonic 06 better just need to remake it and add boost no glitches and nobody would say this game is trash just fax...
Boost should only really be reserved for the Mach Speed sections. Normal sections are too tightly packed to be anything other than nauseating.
How come everybody didn't realize that the blue gem is the real boost in sonic 06?

Thats one thing I hated about Sonic 06 you were slow and had to be slow in the game you didn't get to feel like "the fastest thing alive" until you reached mach speed sections

I don't understand why they introduced Elise. They had Blaze the Cat and she's already royalty.
Elise is a weird addition. It makes me think of Who Framed Roger Rabbit where they mix cartoons with real people.

Except it's not a Boost mod, it's just spamming the Blue Gem ability with no cooldown.
This game really doesn't fit the boost formula, mate its the level design but everything else so smooth, the momentum you keep when you jump, the graphics and the lock on homing attack looks less clunky
