I can confirm with you. My GF has the same thing. Only surgery will remove it. However, she has custom shoe pad inside her shoes to have better conform. but only surgery will coorect it.

Question:::: I have a hump on the opposite side of foot next to baby toe each foot. Very sensitive to bumps, and shoes. I run around barefoot mostly. Think my arches have fell from working many years in warehouses cement floors. Would love to wear sneakers again. Help.‼️

The patient has Morton Foot Syndrome, i.e., the metatarsals of the middle toes are longer than those of the big toe, thus, when patient steps, the balance point is in the middle from heel to front. It's as though patient is on ice skates all the time, causing wobble and instability of the ankle, knee and hip, usually bilaterally.
