    Hello. How long would the patient feel improvement before needing another adjustment? Does this ease pain or is this for improved range of motion?

    I had a bilateral bunion surgery on both feet at the same time. I have 5 pins in the left foot and 3 in the right.
    Thus was the absolute worst pain I have ever experienced.

      Thanks so much but I was asking if surgery is the only way to remove the new formed bone ? I don't think massage would remove it ,once it's grown ?

      I can confirm with you. My GF has the same thing. Only surgery will remove it. However, she has custom shoe pad inside her shoes to have better conform. but only surgery will coorect it.

      @@lesleyfarmer7216 Yes, surgery is done to realign the bone. Adjustment and other therapies can help with pain management and slowing the progress of the condition. But even after surgery, the bunion can return if gait and other foot/leg alignment isn't addressed.

    Question:::: I have a hump on the opposite side of foot next to baby toe each foot. Very sensitive to bumps, and shoes. I run around barefoot mostly. Think my arches have fell from working many years in warehouses cement floors. Would love to wear sneakers again. Help.‼️

      @@christinemarie007 that’s correct. It will not make the bunion totally disappear, but getting active range of motion in the joint helps reduce pain and improve range of motion.

      @@lindakennison4189 wrap it with a pad soaked in castor oil cover with tape put on socks do it daily it reduces the pain and shrinks the bunion. Tried and tested works marvellously.

    The patient has Morton Foot Syndrome, i.e., the metatarsals of the middle toes are longer than those of the big toe, thus, when patient steps, the balance point is in the middle from heel to front. It's as though patient is on ice skates all the time, causing wobble and instability of the ankle, knee and hip, usually bilaterally.
    If you have this problem, Never let a podiatrist shorten you middle toes!!! Read PAIN ERASURE by Bonnie Pruden.

    Come on. You can’t fix a bunion like that. It’s not possible. Maybe you can make it feel better. Temporarily. But that’s all. Unfortunately chiropractors engage in a lot of pseudoscience and frequently outright quackery. If they would stop that stuff they would be much better off and far more respected by traditional MDs.

      We are not removing the bunion. We are restoring the joint motion to help improve circulation and therefore reduce pain of the bunion.
