    Current Weight: Same pa din pero I really felt lighter un lang nga sumobra akong tumakaw during ng challenge na ito.

      pro trick : you can watch movies on kaldroStream. I've been using them for watching lots of of movies during the lockdown.

    Doing this challenge too! After 2 days ko siya ginagawa napansin ko ang trick is ituwid ang likod and engage your core para mas magaan sa katawan sa pag jump. And proper landing para di mainjure ang tuhod. Additional core exercises help a lot. 👍 Baka makatulong sa mga gusto mag try! ☺️

    I’m doin’ jumping rope for fun before way back 2015. Now i do it as part of my workout. 1,000 every morning, 1,000 before bed time. Maganda siya gawin this rainy season dahil hindi makapag run outside. I bought my rope at Jump Manila. Skipping rope is really fun and great cardio! ❤️

    To avoid tripping from the rope.. make your arms closer to your body.. and angle it 90 degress.. this will improve da swing 9f the rope.. and.. make your wrist turn instead of arms..

    If you plan to continue jump roping, I suggest po to watch beginner’s tutorials para sa proper form, proper jump and proper length of rope 😊

    Parang masyadong mahaba yung rope. Pwede nyo po yan i-knot.
    TIPS 👇
    ~Elbows slightly bent , pointing backwards
    ~Hands beside your hips
    ~Rotate the wrists, not the arms
    ~Dont lock your wrist instead rotate the rope forward with your wrist.
    ~Jump on a smooth surface or on a mat
    Super important din po warm up before & Cool down/ Stretching after,nakakatulong sya sa shin splints or soreness ng knees

    Im 5'4, 54 kls as of the moment, 8 mos postpartum on my 3rd child. 1st 2 babies ko bumabalik din ako sa pre preg weight ko na 50 kls. Im doing jump rope also pero wala pang 1 week. Start ako ng 200 jumps and 50 jumps increase per day. Sana naman mas mabilis bumalik sa pre preg weight💪😪

    pang 7days kuna bukas mag jump rope , before 66.5kg ako ngayun 65 nalang ,tas diet2 po hehe i did 2k jumps a dayyy 🥰 ganda sa pakiramdam ang gaan2 pooo 😊

    Hi Mommy ganyan din ako nung umpisa pero nakayanan ko na yung 3k jumps pero 3x a week lang may improvement sa aking waistline from 31 inches 29 inches nako lumuwang mga shorts ko hehe mag 1 month ko na sya ginagawa.Okay din yung rope ng jump manila

    Natural lang po ba na sumakit yung side ng knee ko? Pang 3rd day ko na hirap ako makatayo kaya nag stop muna ako.. nagwoworried din ako baka nagka blood clot..
