  • Escaping an unknown RV accident is a blessing. You do not need to make the news and be missed!
🛑WATCH THIS VIDEO IF IT'S THE LAST THING YOU DO TODAY!
The maintenance of any RV is the most underrated subject of this great industry of traveling.
Everyone talks about cleaners, products, tools to apply such products. Never what to look for, when where and how to log changes and information pertinent to the construction or safety of the RV itself.
Sidewalls, roof material, windows, doors, all possible areas for water intrusion are the last things on the mind of most RV owners, other than looking pretty.
The structural side of an RV is another one.
So neglected, by some, that it becomes a safety hazard to drive on the road for most unknowingly RV owners. Oblivious to a possible accident heading out on their vacation trip.
Don’t make this next RV trip, the one from hell!
We don’t want to hear from you through a news bulletin!

We had the same thing happen with the shackles. I noticed the bolt hole in the shackles elongating because you could see that there was a mark where the bolt head had drifted. When we replaced the shackles and bolts with a MorRyde HD shackle kit and wet bolt kit we were blown away with how much stronger the hardware and shackles were. It also quieted down the trailer on rough roads. That kit has become the first upgrade we do on any new trailers. It's also the first upgrade we recommend to friends.

Excellent presentation on ‘why’. And the fact you don’t know what you don’t know. I have worked with ‘experts’ who thought they knew it all. Until ask a question about what they don’t know. And someone occasionally gets offended that you’re questioning their expertise. Give it up. As Pierre says, not everybody knows it all.

Another awesome video by Pierre and Laurel! Our Keystone Cougar came with the Lippert Road Armor Equalizer with the Dexter shackle straps, nylon bushings and standard bolts. I just did a wheel bearing repack and replaced the nylon bushings with brass, replaced the shackle straps and bolts with the MORryde Wet Bolt Kit. I also installed 3 MORryde X-Factor Crossmember Kits on it.
I'd be interested to know what Pierre and Laurel think about the MORryde X-Factor Crossmember Kits.

When I got my Jayco Seismic 4113, it came with the CRE3000's, but not the HD shackles or wet bolts. FIRST thing I did, was put the HD shackles and wet bolt kit on it. I found that the connections on the CRE had brass/bronze bushings, but the spring ends on the ends to the chassis only had the plastic/nylon bushings, and was showing signs of significant wear in less than 1,000 miles! WTF would they put CRE's on a unit without putting 4 more brass bushings or the HD shackles and wet bolts on it???!!! If I'm gonna spend over $100k on a toy hauler, why would saving $100 on the suspension components make a difference???!!!

@@blueoxontherun9188 Believe me, I get it! I just don't "get it"!!! I am a life-long manufacturing guy, and I have no tolerence for cutting corners. If I build something, I over-build it. Might cost me a few points, but doing it twice is always more expensive! I have turned away/fired many customers because I wouldn't cut corners (probably to my detriment).
