But this increase is soo tiny, that unless theres a whole cascading effect triggered by a big change in training style, it really wont matter. So arnold's idea works but only if you have been consistently doing the same thing for soo long, and switched it up very well to "shock".

According to the video, I should be changing what I do, but I can’t really find another good way to load up the front delts. What would you guys reccomend me to do? (for extra context, I can more eaily progress on pther exercises e.g bench press)
Could be your diet, sleep or other factors. In my experience and that other many other as long as you’re dialed in with other factors you should be getting stronger

The trick is to focus on either accessories to it, like incline press, and focus on the parts of the movement where you're the weakest. Micro loading helps as well, like instead of trying to go up by 5 lb, you use smaller plates and go by 2.5 or even 1.25. At least that's what I did to get my 1rm up to 235
