Love the show. Thought it was just funny and heartfelt at first but later in the season I am realizing that it might actually be genius!! I am an independent filmmaker trying to make my way in the industry and ur performance and the show are rly giving me a run for my money, hoping to live up to the standard!! Hell yea

I live in Montana about 1 mile from the reservation and it's alot nicer in places an alot not nice in some. The Battle of the Little Bighorn was 33 miles from my house an William Knifeman is so funny. There is alot of prairie dog holes here so it's totally believable his horse tripped and killed him. The show is great.

This reminds me of my time spent on the rez during high school. It took a bit for me to fit in, but once I did I had a blast up there. Mescalero Apache Reservation NM

This show is long over due. So glad to finally learn about this beautiful culture from the people who actually live it! The amazing spirit of the whole production shines through. Aho.

loved seeing native representation be done so well after all these years of having the stereotypical native stories especially the spirit guide was funny as hell , we're not that serious and this show so perfectly captures our view on our tragic past plus it makes me happy knowing that there's a show that captures native life genuinely becos there are so many people out there who really don't know natives exist and that we're not the stereotypes , I just love the authenticity of how we view life in our littlle poor towns or reserves we don't go around complaining or crying about life we just deal with it in our own ways

I was visiting Flagstaff Arizona last year while talking and meeting different people from different tribes, they told me how covid has killed a lot of their elders. I cried hearing this.
I hope they will discuss this on the show. It's something that needs to be known.

In addition to the references to Reservoir Dogs, there are references to Rumble Fish (based on the S.E. Hinton novel, and author of The Outsiders, both of which took place in Tulsa). When Bear gets beat up, he floats in the air like Rusty James in Rumble Fish. And I missed it, but apparently there's graffiti that says "The Motorcycle Boy Reigns", which is another reference to Rumble Fish. The Motorcycle Boy is Rusty James' older brother.

Episode 8 is my absolute favorite episode of the series.
It's crazy how many Native stories are out there. Hollywood is so stupid to sleep on it. A wide world of opportunities await Native storytellers.

I love reservation dogs. I grew up with the natives in Minnesota. I miss living up there. ❤ my husband is beautiful too. Very grateful of their culture and way of life. I’ve been to pow wows. I’m going to be honest, the great spirit is the same being that Christian’s call God or Yahweh. The natives are the best example of people of how the great spirit wants us to live. I will always favor the Natives till the day I die.
😅 and I giggle at this show because growing up around their culture I totally get their jokes ❤😅 it’s a great show. Makes me miss the Rez back home. ❤❤

Thank you so much. As a native, it's great to finally have a piece of media where we don't have the "white savior" and show what we are. It's organic. Thank you for making this.
P.S. Don't stare at two dogs stuck together. You'll get pink eye. (Native wisdom from reservation dogs season two 😄)
