Q: How many percentage wise, do clients re-enlist your services as paying clients for future cleanouts/maintenance>? It's got to be 25% at least, no?
or is it way low, due to the free.
It seems is a nice Litmus test of human interaction and guilt at least, if anything.
Dig what you do man, just fascinated by the process. Rock on.

On behalf of everyone who must use wheelchairs, I want to thank you for all the ramps you uncover under mounds of dirt and overgrowth. You make it possible for wheelchair users, walker users, elderly, etc. to be able to access the places that should (by law) be kept accessible at all times!! ❤❤😊❤❤

Exactly also it would help out walkers, wheelchair bound people if you have cracks or uneven or raised areas on your sidewalk to go buy some cement fillers or cement and patch up areas. I have stumbled and one time fell off bike due to sidewalk being messed up. Now in certain areas you can drive or ride bile on the medians instead of sidewalks in Texas.

    • @sharimeline3077

I use a walker, and I also appreciate it so much. I understand that a lot of the people that let their lawns go are also disabled, and probably living on a limited budget, so I know why it gets like this. I'm so glad there are people willing to help others like this.

Lately, it’s become necessary for neighbors (especially owners of corner lots) to keep these drains clear in order to prevent back-up and flooding onto their streets and properties. It's like you truly care about the owner and how you've helped them. A big plus is that you clean up very well, and you'll even trim the trees, which is a nice touch. Some other channels I see just cut the grass and leave it.
