When introduced to carob a few years back, the tip or discussion was to add a bit of non-caffeine instant drink mix called Roma. It worked for me to better imagine it as cocoa or chocolate. I haven't consumed any for a few years but the other day I did pick up a fresh can of carob so been scouting out new recipes to try.

I have made my pudding just like this in the past and what a hit it was!
I will try it and perhaps top it with cashew cream!❤️
Actually carob is not a tropical crop. It has its origins on the mediterrean coasts.
It might grow here in FL zone 9-11; but they do have it in Jamaica as well.
Technically, FL is considered sub tropical, but my understanding is so is the Mediterranean.
