Merry Christmas!! Dad just got me the International Transtar CO 4070A kit my grandfather drove the exact truck in the 60s and can’t wait to replicate his truck with that build
Haven't built a kit in years, but I've been watching here for quite a while. This kit screamed out to me, so I ran to model round up and ordered it. It arrived in perfect condition and a hand written "thank you" on the receipt . Thanks for all the videos and the tips and tricks.
the engine you used looks like my favorite classic motor, a buick nailhead motor, and that box in the trunk by the fuel cell i think is the battery box, awesome build, im gonna get this kit for myself
The music you choose and the relaxing nature of your hobby and voice really help me unwind after tough days . Thank you for sharing such a wonderful part of your life. As a 53 yr old man it truly brings me back to my youth , and building model kits with my dad . He passed in 07 , it's happy thoughts of my time with him , I wasn't sure that I would get to this point after losing him but your videos have definitely brought me to this point . Thank you, god bless
BAD AZZ BROTHER, YOU KILLED IT. Thank you very much for sharing this build and for the most amazing year of builds and reviews. THIS IS THE ABSOLUTE WITHOUT A DOUBT 5☆☆☆☆☆ - 100% BEST CHANNEL. THANK YOU AGAIN AND PLEASE KEEP EM COMING. EVERYONE HAVE A VERY SAFE AND MERRY CHRISTMAS AND OR HAPPY HOLIDAYS.
Thanks always for the tips. I just got two of these kits, so the rusting technique is perfec. One version will be a ground-hugger rat rod using the AMT Big Rig Diesel turbine engine kit. Wish me luck on getting it to fit.
Your “vision” for the colors and style of this car are very impressive! When I saw the paint colors you chose, I was a little skeptical. SILLY ME! I should’ve known better. Great work! I’ve never built one of these old Fords, but maybe I should.
Merry Christmas to you Sir, Looking forward to what you have to offer in the new year. Best regards and compliments for the season. Take care and appreciate what you do to make your channel top of the tree...........
the smaller box beside the gas tank is the cars battery, am currently working on the 29, you can nearly get 2 cars from one of these, would rather have the ford engine in the 30 so i could put the chevy 350 in another chevy, most chevy products, as we all know, had small blocks in them, and the model companies insist on big blocks when most big blocks turned into boat anchors after fifty thousand or so, either way i bought a bunch of the 29s, and imagine what you could have if you combined both kits and 3 or four bodies on one table,,, wow, breat build chris
Just found and subscribed to your channel and you've inspired me to get my old tackle box of paints and tools, thank you for your awesome posts and your work is unbelievable sir
Thanks Chris. My cousin built a 30 ford just like yours left if gray primer. The interior was open frame like yours too. I've always wanted to build one like it in 1/25/4 scale. I'll have to do this kit.
Merry Christmas Chris. Merry Christmas to the viewers as well. Chris is going to be getting comments today on his older builds along the line of, "Guess what I got for Christmas today." For me, it is the 23T Depot Hack from AMT.
With so many options on that kit I think I'd have to buy at least four cuz I just can't build just one style I can think of at least four maybe more great builders always Chris looks great merry Christmas 👍👍🧑🎄
This came out beautifully and I'm impressed with the overall quality of this kit. Have to try one of these older cars; haven't done so yet but the quality of this one and the '29 model tell me they're worth a shot.
Looks like a great kit to take a stab at. I love your choices in style and theme. Some great kits coming out of Revell these days. Just got the '62 Shelby Cobra from Santa and I'm very impressed with the detail in that kit. I do still love the AMT kits because they are, in their own way, a challenge I like to try and tackle. But when a kit goes together so well you can concentrate on other details which I'm starting to appreciate. Beautiful job on this one man. Very inspiring.
Beautiful build! One of my favorite cars. I went out and bought 20 of them! The frame you used is a stock 30 Ford model A chassis. The other frame is a 32 ford chassis. The model A body was smaller and it's very common in real life to drop them on 32 chassis's.
Merry Christmas! Awesome build as usual! Here's a cool tip I use when I have a build with steel wheels. Use a silver Sharpie on the edge of the rim to simulate wheel weights. Just a tiny mark will do it.
Merry Christmas and Happy Hobby New Year!! Great video and presentation!! Your builds are gnarly!! Glad to see this kit re-issued. I still have an original that's still wrapped! Build on!! Wish it came with a set of full fenders option. ARDUN head flat head too!
Love this channel, Chris! I have been a subscriber for almost a year. It brought me back to building models again. While my channel is 99.9% real cars, I have added building a model once a week, and have enjoyed and appreciated your tipe, I even tell people to check out your channel Sir as it is the BEST model building channel on RUclips in my opinion. I watch every video as soon as you post. And I have bought from Round2 as well now (I didnt know they existed before seeing your channel). Merry Christmas and keep it up! - Sean
P.S. I now video the cars we feature so that modelers can see details, even under the cars. My viewers like it, and it provides a reference for modelers.
made it look so easy i had a shit time for some reason with my top lining up might of been a factory issue cuz for the love of god couldn't line up lol so i left it off
Merry Christmas to you and your family - I'm amazed how good your paint jobs - I have to decant the paint and use an airbrush or end up with too much paint on the model - another great video!
Thanks for that and all your other videos 👍🤩. Merry Christmas and a happy new year to you and your family with best wishes from jolly old England 👍☃️🍻🎅Pete 🤓🎁🎄
Wonderfull Channel ! Chris maybe you plan on to do a build video of the new AMT 1971 Ford Mustang Mach I? i Really hope so =D so curious about the decal sheet ! And i wanne say that i learn alot from you ! Greetingz from Belgium ! And A HAPPY NEW YEAR !!

Awesome build.Merry Christmas Chris
Sweeeeeet!!!!!! You would need about a dozen of these kits to ring all the possibilities!
Thanks always for the tips. I just got two of these kits, so the rusting technique is perfec. One version will be a ground-hugger rat rod using the AMT Big Rig Diesel turbine engine kit. Wish me luck on getting it to fit.
Sounds great!
Good stuff, but please consider enabling captions for hearing impaired.
