Not having the little jingle with earning the 'Vigilante' was a nice touch, as if the game is saying "Congratulations, you're a murderer. Hope it was worth it"
@@BardockSkywalker What they mean is that usually there's an MC character in most Tales games that is often altruistic and doesn't do things that is contrary to their beliefs. Yuri is the exception, willing to kill corrupted people, an official member of the Council or not, if they do harm to others and get away with it. Even though people like luke, Lloyd, Cress, and most protagonists do kill villains, they don't ever do what Yuri did in this video in such a way, going against the law and become a vigilante. That was a first in Tales for at least the 1st half of the game.
I don't mind playing a goody goody protagonist, but it's much better when you get one that has a dark streak. Unlike the typical hero Yuri is able to be pushed to the moment where he recognises that "no, that bastard just needs to die".
Hold on, I remember this cutscene and there's no break inbetween when Yuri talks to Flynn and Yuri killing Ragou, so how did Yuri change his clothes into the Dark Enforcer?!
Honestly no. The people he kills are literal inhumane psychoes feeding kids to monsters ect. He was happy letting the law handle it, but it fails miserably. I am of the opinion Yuri's in the right.
And that was the moment that I fell in love with this game.
So true. This game is bloody amazing I'm about to another play through
Same here
i didnt like it in the start, a lot but i think at this point is started to get good

You meant a good murderer bastard
It was though. The guy had it coming.
Behind every valiant white knight there's a dark shadow that will be there to do what the knight can't
This is such an amazing comment. Exceptionally poetic!

So true. Just as there is light, so too must there be darkness.
Boy that's some Akame ga Kill logic right there
I gotta admit, as my first Tales game, I didn't think Yuri would do something like that.
It was even more surprising as someone who had played many other Tales games. A hero with a backbone was a very welcome addition to the franchise.
@@derekb2314 What's A Backbone?

Being the "goody goody protagonist" can be just as great
How fitting that you used Spine Ripper to kill him.
So many people in this world deserve such a fate.
The main protagonist to kill someone in his own way. Who thinks that is cool in his own way?
To be fair all the tales characters kill 90% of all most all the there Enemies.
I was cheering for Yuri on this scene all the way!!!
Honestly I don’t blame him for any of his assassinations
That sword Yuri's holding looks more a dagger
Nice Nier reference on Karol. Also, is calling Estelle Amy a Sonic reference? What with the hair color and all.
Yeah it was.

NeoDanomaru Its thanks to video editing. Lol
That CHEATING!!!

how do you get that outfit?
Bryan Pedersen I got it from a side quest.
Look up dark enforcer costume to learn how to get it.
Why is Yuri’s name Omega?
Because silly me renamed the characters out of some of my favorite characters or people on youtube. Yuri is named after omegaevolution.
rpggamer16 Omegaevolution is awesome. I was just really confused for a moment. Lol.
Yuri un lord sidth nada protocolario jajaxp.
Is Yuri's a bad guy and killer?
He is neither. He's a criminal. He does good his way is all.
Or more appropriately an anti-hero. Someone who use bad methods to achieve good results.

Yuri did nothing wrong.
imagine if batman kills
basically that
hmm i didn't get this scense, strange... i saw ragou got caught by the knight thou,,
you probably didn't sleep at the inn at the right moment
@@Lin2Waterfall im pretty sure this scene always plays out. Its vital to Flynn and Yuri's story arc
What? No blood?
There's blood when Yuri slashes Alexei.
why are you using ffxii music for this?
Well, there's no doubt Hitoshi Sakimoto is a very good composer. Vagrant Story and Odin Sphere, as well the same FFXII, are clear examples of that. XD
I approve. 😊
Why you put FF music to this!? Dilike
Tear Alia Vesperia’s music is copyrighted so I had too. Not sorry.
