Could be fun to use that pad with a live sampling looper feature, example i record on the fly some instruments and percussion and after beating the pad twice it redo my performance on top of the new live one , could be also used like an MPC akai but with drummer stick ...
Only the Pro can do this effectively as it's the only sample pad they do that gives CC notes for a hihat trigger. I'm getting one to use as a small practice kit, to add to my TD50 kit for samples, and to trigger live.
Where can we get expert support? I bought a pack, but try as I may, following the online directions, from the software or loading it on a USB drive, my SPD-SX Pro does not recognize the data. It’s probably user error, but finding actual support has been an obstacle.
